The app is not user friendly. Worst app we have ever used.

Rewards throw a generic error. No Apple Pay, have to manually enter credit cards. No saved recent orders

Every time I order using the app I’ve never had an issue.

The app this morning is just not working. Delete and reload the app did not help.
Try to login and change passwords not allowed and not recognized.
Logged into the website using a browser chose my order for a re-order, the website said my re-order had been complete and added to my cart and nothing in the cart.
This has been a problem for the past six months and somebody needs to be fired.
I hate to have to call my local location and waste their time taking my calls on the telephone.

Everything is so fresh and tasty. Made exactly as ordered.
What happened?
Latest update appears to have caused an issue with using an uploaded gift card at checkout when ordering through the app. You can access your virtual gift card to have the register scan to use your funds, but really defeats the purpose of uploading a gift card to be used to pay for online orders. Also - you can no longer save/favorite sandwiches or access previous order for quicker order placing. Please fix.

Needs re-order button.
This app doesn’t remember your last location nor does it remember your last order. Takes me five minutes to order what should take 30 seconds with a simple re-order button like the Jimmy John’s app has.
App is trash. Sandwiches are good.
This latest update with the app is trash. So hard to re-order sandwiches which used to be so easy. So hard to place any sandwich order. Used to take 30 seconds to order and now takes 5 minutes to order. The sandwiches are great though but app is not.
Update Sucks
New update is horrible. Doesn’t remember order history, horrible navigation, horrible payment process. Would rate it -5 stars it I could. Absolute disgrace for an app. HORRIBLE.

Unable to order after the update
After the update, I haven’t been able to order through the app at my regular location. First, I tried to order pickup, but my card info wouldn’t go through after multiple attempts. Then, I tried ordering delivery, but it forcefully inputs my address incorrectly, gives me an error message that my address isn’t available for delivery at the moment, and STILL charges my card every single time despite the order never going through. I want my money back and I’m never ordering from goodcents until the app is fixed.

Update sucks, cant place order
New update doesnt let you complete an order on the app or the website, “payment method times out” Will not be going to goodcents anymore.

Update killed it
Just took the update 5/29/26. Had to delete the app to get it to login. Now I am unable to order because it asks me to login again and just says “Your account is currently inactive. Please contact admin.” Although I just successfully logged into the app and can see my rewards.
Staff
I came in 10 minutes before closing and employee that helped me was very nice, And the sandwich was delicious.
Not Worth It
Love the food, hate the app. Getting stuck in a login loop made me go to Jersey Mikes instead.
Unpleasant Staff
The person taking the order didn’t listen to the order. I got 2 6” sandwiches and chips and drinks. I got charged for a 6” and an 8”.

If you change locations, or change your order, you have to re-enter your credit card information every single time. And you have to enter it manually. Instead of wasting my time doing that, I thought, I'll just go write a bad review.
