Crazy that this app is so terrible still
It’s so wild to me, GoodLife is a billion dollar company and can’t figure out how to come up with an app that actually works.
According to my Google search; you guys have had an app since 2013… I’ve never been able to log into it and I’ve been a member since around that time! It would be so cool if you guys actually made an app that functioned so that members could see when our classes are without having to click through a desktop version on our phones… maybe be able to add our member barcodes to our phone wallets, simplify things like literally every other company is out there striving to do!

Login still broken
It still says there is an issue with my membership if I try to login. Which I see previously happened with past reviews. Broken
Log In is working
I see a lot of comments that login is not working, so just to update other users. I was able to login, but UI app could be improved, so I left review.

I made an account and still cannot login, I tried my email and number and nothing worked
Same logging problem
I , also am trying to log in the app , it gives error , but when I log in on the web it works.
Unselect locations
I’m not able to have specific Goodlife locations saved on the app to book classes - I tried to unselect the heart icon with some clubs and heart some clubs but still it defaults to one club that I don’t go to when I log out and the club that I can’t unselect the heart is 300 km away - a minor cosmetic glitch.
Edit: *after a few days and me contacting GoodLife and IT being aware they fixed the glitch they fixed it and let me know which is great since some app developers don’t :)

Localization Bug in Bottom Tabs
Good app overall. I noticed a small localization/UI bug on the bottom navigation tabs — labels are showing keys like Tabs.home and Tabs.classes instead of proper text. As an iOS developer, I know this is a common localization miss, but it should ideally be caught during testing before release. Thanks.

Changed my password many times, can sign in online but still says username and password invalid.

Like almost all other reviews, logging into the application is broken.
My credentials are correct and work on the website , but logging into the app gives me an error that says there’s an issue with my membership and to contact my gym’s org.
Not sure how long this has been an issue for everyone but it really needs to be fixed 😅😅😅

This app has had me reset my username and password dozens of times. It’s absolute trash.

Worst app can not login in the app I am the member I can login on browser but with my card number but asking to register very frustrating
Fix the damn login
For years the login on app will not work and says invalid or wrong password, even after changing it 1000 times. It's extremely frustrating on days where I don't have my key fob with me and I can't use the app to scan in at the gym since you guys don't want people using their phone numbers anymore. I don't understand how it's so difficult for this company to pay a decent developer to make an app that actually works. Shame.

Garbage App
This is a multi BILLION dollar company and they can’t be bothered to make a half decent app. The tabs are always broken and I can’t access or book any classes. Do better.

I save my favourite virtual classes but then can’t filter videos by favourites.
Should add the ability to cast from phone to TV screen for at home workouts.

Unable to login to App
I am not able to login to the app using my credentials. I know my information is correct because I am able to login to my account on the website. Annoying.
