App great - thermostat: not so much
Even though the thermostat by Daikin really stinks because it’s allegedly a touchscreen, but sometimes you have to touch it or poke it multiple times in order to get it to respond to your push or command, I recently discovered this app by the company that also manufactures the thermostat, and it has been an absolute lifesaver. I love that you can hook it up to your Wi-Fi and control everything from your phone, and I’ve rarely touched the actual thermostat since then. so keep up the great app work, but improve your actual thermostat touchscreen and everyone will love it. If you have one of the existing touchscreen tstats, I highly recommend this app. It will make your life a lot easier.

Very useful app, it’s game changer for my family to be able to control stuff in the house from the app. Even thought it works fine, it disconnects from the device sometimes.
This app is horrible.
I was forced to install this thermostat and app with our new furnace. I will now be removing this thermostat but more specifically this archaic app. The functionality of inability to program this app when not in the same location has rendered the app and Wi-Fi capabilities as completely useless. It will not send any changes I would like to make and continues to send the signal “failed to send to thermostat.” I am not impressed and can’t wait to get rid of this app and thermostat.
