Basic
It’s a good watch for your basic counting steps, km reached and calories burnt
But for the other things it claims to do like measuring sleep and so on it is very basic and fidally it doesn’t give any clear in depth information and the app is so awkward and frustrating to use. You can’t change anything on the watch even tho it says you can it has to be done on the app and it’s impossible to turn off certain notifications. No matter how much I try. I’ve had the same notification come through 50times in 20mins from my banking and even turned them off on my phone at this point and it’s still coming through on the watch with no way to turn them off

The weather app doesn’t work
Not Good
From day one my Active + Smart watch would not connect to my mobile phone to allow me to start the uploading process. I returned it back to the store I bought it from. I got a second watch which did connect, but it now won’t allow me to chance the time back 1 hour.

Useless after clocks go back or forward a hour as watch will not sync with phone

Waste of time
Doesn’t do anything that it says,can tell the time with the watch.So if you need a time piece,you’ve cracked it.Otherwise stay well clear!!

Weather keeps not working and the extra watch face need fixing asap if was running smooth would be a great watch

it was great for a couple months but when i’d reset the watch it would tell the wrong time and wrong date i need help 😭

The battery on the watch doesn’t last long every time you close the app, get rid of all your settings and the alarm it was not good. I was set it to 7 o’clock and then it would randomly change to my other alarm 21:50 which I don’t not want.

Was ok when i bought it but 6 months down line problems not syncing to phone & having to reset all the time

Seems to have the basic functions but won’t let me add a face or download any of the clocks, can’t edit mine. Disconnects from the app a lot. Glad it only cost me £15 and will use until I can afford something more advanced
Doesn’t Sync
Watch works fine straight out the box for what it says it does, but it does not sync with the app at all. No custom watch faces and can’t even use the downloadable ones so stuck with the preset options which are pretty bad
