I can’t say enough about the quality of service I’ve been getting with Goodpup. Our trainer Jenny is absolutely amazing. She has been really insightful about our abilities and has been encouraging and supportive. She really cares about helping us to give our dog the best possible start and follows up our session with detailed notes and further sources for help. We are grateful to Jenny and the whole team at Goodpup for their responsiveness and wonderful advice.

Going great
We’re literally two weeks in and have learned so much and might I say mastered quite a bit. Ashley is so good! This training is tried and true and the means by which each task is accomplished is practical and progressive. We’re loving getting the whole family involved.

Good luck trying to cancel
I use this once a couple years ago and I liked my trainer and thought she had helpful information. I got it from my daughter and she didn’t use it. I asked my daughter to cancel it and when I double checked on my phone, I didn’t see it there as a subscription so I assumed it was canceled. I just got charged again today. I’ve looked everywhere and I don’t see any way to cancel of subscription. I sent them a message and I hope they will refund me for the previous month, but still, legit businesses should make it simple to cancel if you want to. The fact that it is so difficult to find a way to cancel this membership makes me feel suspicious and mistrustful at the app.

Karen is amazing! I have an almost 4 month old great Dane puppy and she has been able to help me train him so quickly. He will touch my hand on command, sit, lay down, and now we are working on bells at the door for him to ring.
She is also so kind to answer all of my questions, even if they are outside the scope of the training we are working on.
I create e-learning’s for a living, so I know what to look for an online training. This app is very well set up and a great value for the money. It is very conducive for learning for me and my puppy. ❤️❤️❤️

Who knew our dog was so smart!
We just completed beginner training, directly after adopting our Gibbsy, and it was incredible to see how fast he learned everything! Karen and Tracy were great at making the training simple and repeatable for us and Gibbsy, and the articles and “why” understanding were super helpful
More than we thought possible!
We had no idea that an app could offer an experience so close to in-person 1:1 dog training! Ashwini, our trainer, was superb, and we felt a wonderful connection with her too. We have much higher confidence and knowledge as a result of a few short weeks of training via Good Pup!

I met a wonderful trainer who was great for me and my pup and she gets 10 stars out of 5. Unfortunately I can't get the app to work the last week on my iphone 14 that's fully updated. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, shut my phone down, etc, and it doesn't work.
Great and affordable option for 1:1 dog training!
We used GoodPup to help train our Maltipoo puppy, and as first-time dog parents, we were initially pretty lost. Having 1:1 support and weekly classes was a game-changer for getting us started on the right foot. Our trainer, Karen, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and kind. She made the entire process so much easier and was extremely helpful throughout. We’re already planning to work with her again for advanced training sessions soon!

Physical Therapy Cues
Sara is the absolute best! We adopted a 6-year old, 80lb dog with hip issues. Sara was able to cue physical therapy exercises which helped him gain muscle, mobility, and energy. Because he has so much more energy we have now transitioned to behavior based training. Sara is a highly skilled trainer and has helped with every issue we’ve faced. I highly recommend her for stubborn older dogs and dogs with mobility issues.

Do not get this app
I was trying to train my dog, and I was looking at several different apps and this one I saw that it was free so I got it. Oh boy I was wrong. The app has answer several questions about your dog, which I did not mind at the time. It was going to be free, but but when I got to the end, it offered me a $17 discount, but it was $34 a week and I was not going to train my dog for 12 months and pay $34 every week so I deleted it immediately. Please do not waste your time on this app unless you want to pay $34 a week if it was like five or $10 absolutely I would not mind paying five to $10 a week but when it comes down to $34 a week absolutely not

Effective and Convenient
GoodPup and Karen were amazing with training our new pup Koda. He is too excitable for in person training with others dogs, so virtual training from our home was perfect. I love how the app breaks down the behaviors into small steps. Karen did an awesome job of pivoting and adjusting for our food crazy pup.

I wanted to have a well trained dog so I got this app thinking she would just learn to sit. Thankfully, it was so much more than that! My trainer, Karen, helped me train her and she now knows everything! She is so well-behaved and a delight for anyone to be around! I didn't think it was possible for a puppy to learn all of this so quickly! Thank you Karen!

When I rescued Meli from the Kauai Humane Society I was told she had anxiety issues. I believe her issues arose from not knowing what was wanted of her. I found with proper training those issues disappeared. She is no longer on medication and is a happy girl. Karen did a wonderful job training me so I could have the confidence and calm to train Meli. Her instructions were easy to understand and apply. If I had any questions she was able to answer them. I appreciated her feedback on what I was doing well and also what I could do better. The ease of working at home on Zoom was a plus too because I could schedule sessions that worked for me instead of being restricted to a set day and time. I am so glad that I found this app. Mahalo nui loa!

I adopted a pound puppy in December. We named him Bodhi, and while he is the love of my life, I knew we needed help. The humane society partnered with Good Pup and I used this opportunity to connect with a trainer named Karen. For 7 months, Karen was my weekly trainer helping me build the skills and confidence needed to successfully train Bodhi. The in-between chats were such a bonus too. If some crisis or question came up, the 24-hour support team was there to help. In addition to training, Karen was extremely helpful in providing reading resources and recommendations on products. Honestly, I don’t know what I would have done without Karen 💞 she was the key to our succes. Thank you Karen!
