The title really says it all. So much of the Goodwood internet presence is all beautiful pictures without an integrated or even functional infrastructure

Hopeless just hopeless
Slow, clunky, incredibly unfriendly to use. It’s taken me half an hour and 3 log in to find my ticket.. it would help if the tickets could go to the Apple wallet (like a train ticket).. at least could find them!!

A massive step backwards
Downloaded tickets, then they wouldn’t load. Tried at site (FOS), still wouldn’t load, just a blank screen where the code should be. Tried again on site WiFi, same issue. Ticket cabin tried to sort it and couldn’t make it work and had to issue paper tickets, which then wouldn’t all work and had to get sorted again.
The live functionality for the event seems to have disappeared (just web links and downloads). The old app was not perfect but was a fantastically useful tool and resource at the FOS, this app is next to useless considering what we pay for the event (which I have been coming to for many years).

Sign in won’t load, create account failed
Have tickets for the Sunday. No other way to get them, on a relatively new iPhone pro, just not good enough is it and I note no customer support email or phone in the confirmation email.

How to spoil your day at Goodwood before it’s even started.
If you’re going to fleece us for £90 for a ticket, you could at least get this app sorted. Just creating an account from the ticketing email took endless loops of resets.

Frustration
I do not like my personal information being bartered across data aggregating social media. I bought the brochures because I want to experience an exclusive treat. The Festival of Speed is a shared gift with our oldest friends. You are debasing a luxury. Think about your ticket system as something special. Moving across to a fully AI/digital frame loses something on exclusivity.

Very easy to navigate, quick simple and better than having to wait for the post

Trying to use this app is an aweful user experience. For example you have to fill out the same personal details twice and amongst many other annoyances it doesnt recognise one of the ticket codes. Aweful
