Toxic Work Environment and Unprofessional Practices
The company is a joke, with a very toxic work environment. Customer service is highly unprofessional, and there are serious concerns about the misuse of employees’ personal information. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It is one of the worst organizations I have encountered..
Need help getting jobs
I put it on my life I see a notification and by the time I go on it says offer has been taken and kinda stressful cuz I accidentally accept one just trying to see but had to end up canceling because didn’t even get time to ready date and hour before if I do it’s to late

Over the years the company just when to the dogs I used to work everyday at one point and time got suspended and lost access to jobs for months. The person who operate the support line needs to be fired. The company itself needs to be reviewed and investigated. Half the employees are illegal and can’t even speak English and don’t even have the experience for the jobs they work ,The management is literally handed picked they just need a whole new staff it’s ridiculous!

Never even got to use it
I’ve been under review for the last month and a half. I’m not sure what’s going. I reached out to see what’s going on with my profile just for them to tell me that there’s a backlog. I’ve downloaded about 7-8 different temp job apps and this is the only one that wouldn’t even let me go past making my profile

This company requires a union referral from you before you can work, yet offers unions shifts to you as “non-union” and at half the pay rate for the shift. Whatever you’re making per hour through them, they are making about the same, since they take about half the wage the employer pays for that shift (in addition to the fees they charge the employer for supplying them with you in the first place).

Very misleading
I submitted a profile. The app continuously pushed notifications and text messages that asked me to complete my profile including getting work cards. However 4 months later the application still hasn’t even processed my profile or granted me access to the application. I completed the process and spent money to obtain work cards and while I know that doesn’t guarantee me work the fact that they can’t even process my account after requesting me to apply and spend money to get work cards is disingenuous. Will be reporting my concern to the union as well.

Can’t upload sign-in sheets
Can’t upload shift sign in sheets to app now. I click it and it just closes the prompt out. Both library upload and camera photo upload does same bug. Please fix, I don’t enjoy the annoyed messages from staff to get them when I can’t upload.

Union directed me to use the app. 3 months and still waiting to be verified. Anytime I call or text the helpline they just say the same thing “there is a large amount of applicants” 👎👎👎

It takes a LOOOOOOOOONG LOOONG TIME…
In my own experience its taking way too long to get accepted into the platform. For one thing or another…. Hopefully one day they’ll aprove me. Meanwhile I’ll keep checking every day… hoping for the best.
App not sending Offers
So far I did everything required including uploading documents to site and was approved however been waiting for weeks for a shift any shift to come through the app is super dead it’s July 24th nothing still
