Easy and intuitive

It’s very easy to select and send a gift, and all you need to know about the recipient - telephone. Love it!

Garbage app.

No confirmation emails.
Your gift might come a month or more later. Just terrible

Best Gifting Tool

This app is life changing. So easy to select and gift without logistical hassle.

Confused

I created an account online and then downloaded the app. I went to log into the app but it is asking for my phone number to login. I can’t add a phone number to my online account so in turn I can’t use the app because it doesn’t allow me to login with email. Honestly, doesn’t make any sense.

Shipping takes way too long

I sent my friend a gift to pick out for her housewarming on 12/2, she picked out same day. It is now 2/17, over two months later and it it still saying “waiting to ship”. This happened to me before (I’ve placed 6 total orders) and I had to ask for a refund after it was still “waiting to be shipped” for 9 weeks as well. I canceled, went directly to the company’s website, and my sister got it in 3 days so I’m not sure what the issue is, but I will be deleting the app and never using again once I get my refund on this order.

FAQ

How does Goody work?

Goody allows you to send a gift using only the recipient's name and phone number, similar to sending a text message. The recipient receives a digital unwrapping experience and can then enter their own shipping address to accept the gift. You are only charged after they accept it, and you don't need their address or make any payment upfront.

What are the key features of Goody?

Key features include sending gifts with just a name and phone number, eliminating the need to collect recipient addresses. There's also no payment required upfront, as you only pay after the recipient accepts the gift. The app offers a curated list of popular gifts and a beautiful digital unwrapping experience for the recipient.

Is Goody free to use?

The app itself is free to download and use for sending gifts. You only incur costs when your recipient accepts a gift that you've sent. The pricing of the gifts themselves will vary, and you are not charged until the gift is accepted.

Where is Goody available?

Goody is currently available only in the United States, with shipping to all 50 US states and Washington D.C. Some product-specific restrictions may also apply to shipping.

What are some common use cases for Goody?

Goody is ideal for sending birthday gifts, thank you gifts, or just-because presents without the logistical challenges. It's perfect for surprising friends or family when you don't have their address readily available or want to avoid the commitment of paying before they've confirmed they want the gift.
