Trouble
Worst customer service ever been trying to get a hold of this company for a few weeks. I have tried emailing them. I’ve tried sending him a message on Instagram I’ve tried messaging them on the app. There is no phone number to be found. My gift card is not working and I have got to talk to someone to get it figured out but it looks like that probably is not gonna happen. They have got it set up so you cannot get a hold of anybody.. they have a chat system on their app, but nobody ever replies

Perfect for long-distance and thoughtful hearts!
I absolutely love this app! I use it all the time because there’s something for every single occasion. My boyfriend and I are long-distance, and I never have to worry about what to send him because this app always has something new. Plus, with the new AI update, it’s just perfect, I’ve been able to create incredible letters that reach all the way across the country. If you’re a thoughtful person like me who loves sending letters to everyone, this app is a must-have! THANK YOU!

Good but not great yet
I love the concept of the app and how easy it is to use. The workflow is totally intuitive and love that I can send a gift card too. My major gripe is that the designs are mostly pretty bad, like 80% of them are no better than what you’d find in a supermarket. I’d suggest the app creators to find new artists but definitely NO AI!!!

Game Changer
I love this app because at any time of the day or night I can send a card in a snap. I save so much time by not having to go to the store or the post office. Plus this remix feature where you can customize the card has been a game changer because the card can become extra personal.
Lots of bugs
App is super buggy. I’ve tried four times to even get a card purchased and it hangs on a different menu every single time.
