Not working at all
Tried to run the app on an iPhone 16 pro (on iOS 26), just a frozen loading page, that’s it! It doesn’t work at all!

Broken
This app has been broken for a few weeks now. I can’t even open it on my iPhone. It just sits on the logo screen. I found a workaround, where I can go to the website and use that but please fix the app!

Great Family App Marred by Recent Crashes
The app has been excellent for my family since I started using it, with only a few minor issues. However, over the last two days, it has refused to open; when it does, it either freezes or crashes. I've tried deleting and reinstalling multiple times, but nothing helps, so I’m providing this review. Additionally, some pages or sections within the app cause the screen to shake when I scroll, which is quite frustrating. Lastly, I would appreciate a feature that allows me to view live data on which apps are currently in use.

App doesn’t work 😖
Can someone please tell me why this app isn’t working today? This is so frustrating. I really like the idea behind this app, but unfortunately, it doesn’t work properly. Usually, when I open the app, it doesn’t start right away. I have to close it and open it again, and then it works. Today is August 5th, it’s not responding at all. Is anyone else having the same problem?

App simply hangs
I have spent 10-15mins trying to get passed the initial brand screen over the last 48hrs, but am yet to succeed….I don’t know what has happened or what is going on, but the app is now utterly useless…I’m on iPhone 11Pro - What’s going on?!?!?

Have you noticed the issue with family link. Its not working in iPhones. Looks like Google fired too many human and their service is impacting

App was great before the merger
Since the Fitbit/Google merger, the settings in the family link app shut down their Fitbit ace watches at the same time as their Samsung tablets. The settings were separate before and there’s no way in the app to have specific settings for specific devices under the same email address required to use said separate devices.

Broken on iOS
On the latest version of iOS, this app doesn't make it past the splash screen. Removing and reinstalling it does not solve the issue. In the past, closing and opening the app a second time was a workaround, but that's no longer the case.
Non working
App updated 5 days ago and now it does load. Just shows the flag and never loads into the app account. Now how will I control my kids tablets… another app I suppose
