No scent descriptions
I like their candles but it’s frustrating that on the app there are no scent descriptions. Sometimes you can tell by the name of the candle what it is, but others no. The scent descriptions are on their website but not on the app. Very frustrating to have to go back and forth.

Incredible Candles
These are truly the best candles! The smells carry through the house even the neighbors can smell them and know the flavors I’m burning! Speaking of burning…They burn down evenly and to the bottom! Recommend highly!!

I have been shopping with this company for close to a decade. The selection is always amazing, and the prices are unbeatable. If I have any complaints, it's that the winter type scents always sell out and disappear too quickly, because I would burn many of those year round lol
Exhausted
Tried to make an account. The second I got done creating it. It says my email or password is wrong. Tried to send link to reset password, I have exceeded the number of times to “get a new password link” try again in a few minutes.
Bad Customer Communications
Unable to contact any human being at this company. Questions about products are answered by a robot with little or no understanding of the products available. Numerous emails daily but, never an answer.

I order the lemon butter cake I’ve probably went through 10 of them! I just love the scent! I burn two candle warmers in my home continually and they just put out so much scent for so long! I truly love yhese candles! I just ordered some different scents. I hope that they are as good!! ❤️ I absolutely love these candles as well as wax melts!!
