I ride DART every day. I love DART. I can’t open the app without it prompting me to write a review, regardless of how many times I decline. Sometimes twice in the same session. So here is my review

What if I forget my phone?
There has to be some way to verify a person has purchased a monthly pass other than by iPhone… for when my phone runs out of juice or if I forget my phone at home. Stranger things have happened.
good app!
works really well for its scope. can easily purchase passes and showing the “screen ticket” is nice. making a route is almost great. connecting between multiple bus/lines for a 10+ mile commute isn’t as simple as the schedules say and had to do a bit of homework on that part, but once learned, it’s super simple to track them!

Misleading App that leads to overpaying…
On the surface it’s a great app, but I’ve noticed that at least for the DFW transit options it seems to default to All Day Pass tickets, and one has to search further for one-way/single-trip tickets. Thus, I posit that this leads to many users getting charged more for tickets they didn't actually need, while the ticket they could have purchased (for 50% less) was well hidden.

Extremely hard to figure out where the buss is gonna be next they do not make it easy to know where the busses are

I was charged at least 5 times with no tickets issued!
My trusted transport
I like using this mode of transport because it is convenient and affordable. Plus, it is very comfortable.

Not intuitive, inaccurate travel times, silver line feels disconnected from other light rail lines

No wonder nobody rides this! You need a complete overhaul of this website and the app! I really wanted this to be simple. So confusing.

First time, Apple Pay didn’t work
This was my first time to use the app. It was fairly straightforward, but when I went to pay, it failed on Apple Pay I tried a couple of different cards that work just fine elsewhere and they all failed and ended up having to type in numbers and fortunately, I would have done it well in advance, but shouldn’t be that hard
