Room for improvement
The app serves it purpose cheaper to get a bus pass on here than it is to pay cash on the bus but it would be nice if it would update a little bit more frequently and it would be nice. There will see where the buses are located at.

Keeps on asking for a review it’s so annoying
App sucks!
When I put in a starting point from the dropdown options and select the end point from the dropdown options on two locations that are on the same Silver Line, it ALWAYS says that it can’t give me a schedule because of my connection… when there is no connection issue and I was able to buy my ticket online at the same time.
As a result, I ended up getting to the station right after the train left and had to wait an hour for the next train. Had the schedule been shown, I would have planned my arrival at the station more accordingly.
Next time…Uber.

The TRE conductors are the best! Freddy, Melissa, Dylan, Hunter, Devon, Clayton and Sal.. These people are professional, very nice and I wouldn’t ride without them. They valuable employees!
Quick and easy
Load a card to pay with, and this is easy peezy. But the trains need to show up on time. And customer service and safety is priority! Keep the DART at Dallas College North Lake & Irving/Las Colinas stops. Keep it safe. And thank you.
Not reliable
told me the incorrect stop twice in a row. i even tried to wave down the driver but they did not care

Ride share is terrible! You never know how many stops/riders there are before your ride. Had to pick up 2 other riders for 20 min before I could get to my 7 min travel time destination

Newest Version is NOT working for my iPad.
It keeps saying Invalid App Version, even though I deleted the app & reinstalled it. Please, fix this, because I need this app & have no other way to purchase tickets.
Unreliable
its works to a point but even with uber and lyft agreements turned on its unreliable you don’t know when your gonna get anywhere you could get a ride and be waiting anywhere from 5 minutes to 1 hr 30 don’t count on this app if you need to be anywhere important more than likely you’ll be late

Yesterday no train
I heard the train that I usually take on the silver line 5:18 from dfw terminal b silver line to city line was canceled. Waiting in 96degree heat. No platform announcements. I heard on the 5:58 train - between conductors that the train broke down
