Love the app
I love the dart app because it so convenient and easy for booking a ride.
Planning a trip should be easier
When using the trip planner, it needs to be easier to use and also be more detailed and also the options of using rail only, I don’t want to ride a bus saying it will only take 1 minute and the details are very sketchy and confusing to understand. The whole “trip Planner” feature on this app needs to be revamped entirely. Currently, it’s telling me to ride a bus from Parker road station to Addison transit center, and the. Returns to Parker road via a bus route and the. It says “Red” then shows a walking person icon, then says “Green” but there aren’t any clear details on where to go next or what Direction or side of platform we need to be on for the next train arrival. Final destination is Fair Park starting out from Parker road station. Also, the rail system map doesn’t have details like what time of day and hours about the Orange line “peak times” it only says “weekdays only” serving Parker Road station all the way to LBJ/Central station. I’m assuming it’s during normal rush hour times but how do we know what time of day it starts and ends? Please review this with the app development team and contact me if you have questions!

Ease of use!
Easy to use app and very user friendly!
Best way to DFW
Absolutely the best way to get to DFW Airport. No traffic, faster, cheaper & will always get you there on time, regardless of traffic conditions. It’s a No Duh!
Convenient
I often ride to DFW for my USO volunteer service. Having the GoPass app makes it so much easier to get a ticket. It was a hassle buying a ticket from the machine.
Senior rate pass
Is the Senior Rate still available? The mobile app did not give me the option to purchase.

Outdated maps
I was told that the routes were changed in April of 2026, but the information on the app doesn’t reflect that change. It’s very difficult to “plan a trip” without the correct information to go by. Please fix this ASAP! Also, the new routes are more harmful than helpful…
Room for improvement
The app serves it purpose cheaper to get a bus pass on here than it is to pay cash on the bus but it would be nice if it would update a little bit more frequently and it would be nice. There will see where the buses are located at.

Keeps on asking for a review it’s so annoying
App sucks!
When I put in a starting point from the dropdown options and select the end point from the dropdown options on two locations that are on the same Silver Line, it ALWAYS says that it can’t give me a schedule because of my connection… when there is no connection issue and I was able to buy my ticket online at the same time.
As a result, I ended up getting to the station right after the train left and had to wait an hour for the next train. Had the schedule been shown, I would have planned my arrival at the station more accordingly.
Next time…Uber.

This app has been a game changer for me getting around, going to work, stores, and moving freely without paying an arm and a leg on uber or Lyft

The TRE conductors are the best! Freddy, Melissa, Dylan, Hunter, Devon, Clayton and Sal.. These people are professional, very nice and I wouldn’t ride without them. They valuable employees!
Quick and easy
Load a card to pay with, and this is easy peezy. But the trains need to show up on time. And customer service and safety is priority! Keep the DART at Dallas College North Lake & Irving/Las Colinas stops. Keep it safe. And thank you.
Not reliable
told me the incorrect stop twice in a row. i even tried to wave down the driver but they did not care
