The worst app
Really bad customer service and you cannot complete your profile.
Drivers: Don't let them bully you. Here is what to do.
Gophr management often uses 'Final Warnings' to silence drivers who report payment errors or missing Congestion Charges. If they underpay you or threaten your account for raising a legitimate issue, do not just stay quiet.
1. Collect Evidence: Take screenshots of every job offer and your final earnings immediately.
2. Report to Clients: Contact the head offices of the companies you deliver for (Wickes, Screwfix, etc.). They have 'Supplier Codes of Conduct' and don't want their brand linked to unfair treatment.
3. ACAS & Unions: Even if you are self-employed, you can open a dispute with ACAS for withheld pay. Contact the IWGB union to report systemic abuse.
4. Legal Action: Use 'Money Claim Online' (Small Claims Court) for any unpaid charges.
They rely on us being quiet to keep their contracts. If we all report these issues to their big clients, they will be forced to treat us with respect.

GPS Not working
The diagnostics in the app don't work, the GPS position is displayed as unknown. Cache clearing doesn't work, and the app freezes when you try to do it. I get dozens of messages a day saying my position is unknown, and I'm losing jobs. This is getting boring, maybe it's time to fix it.
Courier
App work occasionally, when it does is very good but recently developed a bug where notifications for jobs come in but then jobs do not show on dashboard.
Rubbish app
The app is absolute garbage — it freezes constantly and barely works. The support is just as bad, if not worse, making it impossible to tell which one is the bigger disappointment. Overall, a terrible experience.

I just wanted to give some feedback about Gophr from my experience working with them over the last few years. I deliver for a few of the big companies, but honestly Gophr has been the best out of all of them.
Their support team is great to deal with and the rates are solid too. Any issues I’ve had were small things or just the usual occasional miscommunication, but nothing major. Overall they’ve always treated me well and been reliable, which is something I really appreciate in this job.
The only thing I’d like to see is more work in the Dorset area, as that’s where I’m based. Hopefully as they continue to grow, we’ll see more jobs coming through here too.
All in all, I’d definitely recommend Gophr. They’ve been a really good company to work with.

The perfect courier app
I’ve been providing a courier service to Gophr for a couple of years now, and after going through almost all other delivery platforms this is by far the best.
The app knows exactly how long it should take you to complete a job, if there is an available job and the app “thinks” you can do it, will be sent to you. Even though there have been times when I’ve seen the postcode of a job that’s been sent to me and laughed. All you have to do is trust the app and accept, easy.
There is no need to look at the fee or the distance, because you don’t know how many other jobs you will get. Either on the way to pick up the first one, or after you have collected.
Also, it’s really nice having direct communication with frequent customers, and forming a trusting relationship. As soon as I walk through the door to pick up they know straight away that their items will be delivered on-time.
Of course, no system is perfect, and personally I don’t like messaging when there is an issue. Rather call or send a voice message. But even on the very rare occasion there is an issue it’s always sorted super quick.

I got an account from gophr about a month ago,im a pushbike and cargo bike courier about 12 years ago,and its far the best company to work,the prices for jobs amazingly far and high,you need to know what you do,know the city and to plan quickly what jobs you take or not,i really love it and i always make a really good income.

I have account with Gophr and I have been doing excellent job also I have never delay any job , yesterday I have accepted a job then after half hour my car broken down and I wasn’t sure if I can fix it to make the pick up on time then I contacted driver support to ask to be assigned from the job when they assigned me from the job straight away they have desactivated my account without explain the reason why and there’s no way to contact them or chat with them , its not fair to behave like this to someone work for you
