Horrible Experience
I had to contact customer service regarding my account and the app and was surprised by how unprofessional the interaction was. The representative was patronizing and dismissive, and made comments about my speech instead of focusing on resolving the issue. This is not the level of service I would expect from a company handling retirement accounts.

Update issues
Updates to the app where you have to go to the AppStore gets stuck in a loop more often than it should. Changing the update process would be helpful. Everything else about the app works great!
*Face ID Solution Here*
If you’re Face ID doesn’t prompt, I figured out the solution: Reset Location and Privacy: Settings | General | Reset | Reset Location and Privacy. Open app, the Face ID icon will NOW be there (it was never there before). Type username/password | Login. The app will NOW prompt to use FaceID. When you renter app the second time, the iPhone will also NOW prompt to use FaceID. After that, FaceID will work normally. The issue is with the app. The app unnecessarily requests permission for Face ID (which is why the iPhone asks on the second login) BEFORE it will allow iPhone to prompt for Face ID. If the app never prompts, the iPhone will never prompt nor ever have Face ID as an option in the iPhone settings.

Login is horrible
App automatically unenrolls itself from faceid multiple times a week. Also if you fail faceid a few times in a row your account gets locked until you spend an hour on the phone with them answering private questions.

Ridiculous load time
App functionality is great, but since the most recent update the app literally takes over 60 seconds to complete the login process.
It seems that this application lacks a user-friendly interface.
So I just started investing money from my work salary and when I got to the home page for the second time I was prompted to update to new version which I had. To no avail I deleted the app and installed it all over again as if new. ow I cant log in and when I try getting help of course no help on the weekends when most people are off. I begin getting feelings of being scammed. So I requested my username and password to get sent to me by using my very personal information social security and date of birth. I got prompted that I would receive my username and password to my email. Never got it. Now I feel scared. I tried this sequence about 4 times. No success. Not getting good vibes from this app at all. Now I have to wait 48 hours to get help.

Recent update FAIL
App worked perfectly evey time until today. Logged in and it forced an update that is worse than prior version. Used to take you to account landing page but now it's just a plain page with drop down. Nothing drops down upon trying and then it glitches to main account page like before.
New update is not working
After login, the screen stays stuck on Participant and Plan screen.

The app doesn’t work. I can’t access my account information. It’s been like this for months.

Constantly inaccessible
I’ve had to delete this app and re-download almost every time I want to look at my account. I get a bland white “loading” screen 90% of the time. Very frustrating.
Easy to use
I’m not looking for much in a 401(k) app: I want to quickly and easily see my balance and a snapshot of my account. This app delivers that..and looks pretty, too!

I am sorry you are having trouble with using FaceID with our application. Our application is coded to support FaceID and TouchID, so if something is not working we'd like to get that corrected. Great App
Great app that allows you to take control of your account and request the same transactions available on the website. Developers are very responsive when there is an issue to restore full functionality quickly. Highly recommend using the app to quickly access your information.
