Expertise is hard to find (and under appreciated)!

I discovered Go Swim years ago when I was a competitive triathlete. Having recently decided to start swimming again (mainly to lose weight), I see that MySwimPro practically has a monopoly in the digital swimming market. And, it seems great for workout sets. But, it’s missing the in depth technique work that everyone needs! So, I plan on supplementing my training plan there with lessons & technique work from Go Swim. I searched google & YouTube as well, and Go Swim is STILL the best resource for swimming education. It seems like a well kept secret, and not that surprising in the digital age, as true expertise seems a thing of the past:( Thanks, Go Swim!

Awesome customer support!

I received immediate customer support from
Glenn after leaving a review here and using the ‘contact us’ option within the app. He worked with me until the problem was resolved. So happy, because I love and rely on the great contact provided with the videos and webinars. Good organization on website or within app the sequence skills and sort for different topics.

Trying the App

Can’t seem to get the app to work. It gets stuck checking my subscription which I renewed in January 2023.

CAN’T UNSUBSCRIBE!

THEY’RE SENDING ME USELESS EMAILS EVERY DAY AND I CAN’T UNSUBSCRIBE!

I signed up for emails (without having to create an account) when this was a free service. I don’t blame them for switching to a paid service. The problem is, I’m still getting emails from them daily. And all the emails do (now) is provide a link to content I can no longer access. In order to change my email preferences I need to “sign in”, which I can’t do because I don’t have an account. To get an account I need to sign up for one of their paid services. So the only way they’ll let me stop getting emails is if I pay for their service. Ridiculous, and if it’s not fixed soon I’ll be reporting them and seeking damages.

Sorry for the trouble. First, all account, even free one had to create an account to see the free daily video. The new site maintains the free daily video for existing users, and we can be reached without logging in through the chat on the website. We apologize for any trouble not being able to unsubscribe and our devs are working on a better solution, but members who belong to groups may have multiple groups so the simple unsubscribe is more difficult that unsubscribing from the regular weekly newsletter. Visit the site, www.goswim.tv, let us know the email you wish removed from the system, and we'll delete all data and email from our site. No problem and no questions. Hope that helps.

Go swim share with staff?

I loved it before the new update and used often. Would give it a higher rating if we could share 1 account for our entire staff. NOVA of VA has a large staff and we just can’t pay the fee for all of our staff to use.

If the coaches all had free accounts prior to the update, they will still have free accounts after the update. Full access for all staff members can be had by contacting us for a reduced rate quote. Reach out to us through the website to request a quote. Thank you.

App is no longer functional and continues without resolving. Any refund distribution if unresolved?

App was awesome and suddenly no longer loads at all. Please fix or refund.

The website was only impacted for a couple of days. The new app is going through the submission process, but the website is fully functional. Please log in there for content.

BROKEN - Not Worth the Download

Literally can’t use app. Won’t let me get past the sign up page, just keeps loading after I click sign up. Tried reinstalling didn’t fix it.

Having the GoSwim selection of videos/courses is almost like strapping a trolling motor to your canoe: you can plow right through the opening created by your improved strokes. Even though only hand paddles are allowed. Impressive set of Pros used for guidance.

My Go To For Swim Technique

As a lifelong swimmer and swim teacher, this site is my go to for excellent technique tips. What I’ve learned from Glenn is easily used in my own training for refining my stroke and also for teaching new swimmers. ALWAYS recommend when I’m asked for help at the pool.

A Must Have for swimmers of all levels!

GoSwim.tv is absolutely the best swim education platform out there. Every stroke, every aspect is broken down into its simplest elements, and it’s easy to build lesson plans for your group so stroke development can happen in a logical, compounding fashion. Videos are short, concise but packed with information!

Love it

I love GoSwim. I wait for the email on daily basis. It keeps me up to date especially since I’m out of the pool because of the numerous lockdowns in my country. But I can’t wait to get back in the pool both as a swimmer and as a coach and finally use the app not just read and watch! Meanwhile I’m learning how to use it outside of the water! Thank you Glenn Mills for everything you do to Swimming. Wish we had people like you where I come from!

You arrive to pool and get your awesome workout out... things go well but on the middle of pause and slow swims you feel you can impose something- like right now and now... and then it hits you! Yes you can make a change how you feel about your stroke... just open @goswim.tv app and recheck your feeling to the stroke... swim couple of laps and see if that moment right on spot you felt the change?! This is why this app is so awesome!!! I can’t wait to get to pool everyday now more !!!!

Great for extending your teaching off deck!

I’m a Master coach with many swimmers ages 40+, most of which did not grow up swimming and are still learning many fundamental concepts. I show them competitive swimmers technique so they could understand why we work on what we do. GoSwim has helped streamline the process of teaching because not only does it also offer professional-level swimmers executing racing strategy, it also focuses on teaching beginner and fundamental concepts in a very engaging and approachable manner. This tool has made teaching our masters swimmers much easier, as I can recommend to them the videos of the week and specific workouts in the app. Our team really appreciates the effort that has gone into this app and the entire GoSwim suite :)
