I can’t even scan the tag once in the app, all it does is open the on the screen as if I’m viewing to take a photo or scan with none of those buttons or options to do anything. Just a clear view through the lens. I checked to make sure I had the latest level etc. I can scan outside the app, just not within.

Essential item for indoor cat owner
All you have to do is just scan the collar and register in app then anyone can scan the collar and find your cats profile with your information! They don’t even need the app
A big disappointment
Not even able to complete the registration - extremely poorly developed app.

When I first got the collar, the scanner worked, but now it won’t and says I don’t have my pet registered!

Not great.
Can’t add information because the update/add pet button is under my keyboard because Gotcha’s page does not scroll. Also my tag does not scan at all.
Works good
I had to scan the one that said watch video first and then you watch the video and it tells u what to do. I set mine up with overall no issues. I had to scan the tag 2 times before it recognized it but other than that it’s good/easy. Tested it out by scanning the collar tag on my friends phone and as long as they allow location permission (on iPhone) it’ll show you where they are. Also lets you add in favourite foods, your contact info, and medical conditions which is a big plus as my cat has a grade 6 heart murmur. Pretty decent for the price I’d say

It’s alright. Don’t think I’ll ever really use it? Just came with the collars I was getting my cats anyway and I wanted to try it out. I didn’t have much issue with registering my pets. Not sure how expensive the collars are elsewhere but I got mine at the dollar store for like 3 bucks- not bad for the price. Works as intended, seemingly
