Scan tag
I can’t even scan the tag once in the app, all it does is open the on the screen as if I’m viewing to take a photo or scan with none of those buttons or options to do anything. Just a clear view through the lens. I checked to make sure I had the latest level etc. I can scan outside the app, just not within.

Essential item for indoor cat owner
All you have to do is just scan the collar and register in app then anyone can scan the collar and find your cats profile with your information! They don’t even need the app
A big disappointment
Not even able to complete the registration - extremely poorly developed app.
