Hateful customer Service
We had issues with two of our four bikes not working in DC. After about 5 min of trouble shooting in the freezing cold we cancelled the bikes and requested a refund through the app. The app person responded with a rude and insulting response and was not helpful at all. I will say I also followed up with an email requesting a refund, and that person was much kinder and did issue me a refund. Hence I gave it two stars. The QR code did not match the numbers with the bike rental so trying to figure out which two to actually report was impossible.

Best time and money spent
This allows us to see the capital, the Washington monument, the Lincoln Memorial, the Korean War memorial, the World War II memorial, and the Vietnam memorial. If you go to the Vietnam memorial and you know someone who is on the wall, make sure to download the app For finding names on the wall. It made it seamless renting a scooter made this all possible in 60 minutes.
