Hello go trade i really appreciate your app but I can’t invest in stocks from Pakistan there is bangladesh india & other asian countries but i can’t fond Pakistan please do something about it i really appreciate your effort… thanks

Limited STOCK selection and poor response to request
Gotrade has a nice user interface and easy to use, but is very limited when it comes to available stocks. Many performing tickers or niche like USAR, NBIS, UAMY, MP, and others you can easily find in other platform like IKBR, MOOMOO, are simply not listed here.
And even if you request for these stocks to be added, nothing happens. Its disappointing for traders who want acces to more diverse or high potential stocks.

Dark Mode Theme
Please add a Dark Mode theme since most apps now have that feature. Will put a 5 Stars once you implemented it. :)
Conversion rate is high
I hope users will increase in number so conversion rates will improve as I was calculating when I test-withdraw 460$ the deduction was 3%, but it credited in my BPI account real-time.
My favorite trading app here in the Philippines!
Never had any major problems. Customer support is quick to reply! Withdrawing/cashing in less than 5mins!
DEBIT CARD
I really want to use my debit card to deposit money on my account but you guys haven’t updated anything about debit card
App is great. I highly recommend it.
User-friendly interface and beginner-friendly. I have withdrawn around $20k with no issue at all, except for one failed withdrawal which was promptly addressed by their support team. My only suggestion would be to lower the trading fees for those with a decent balance. For example, if I buy around $20k worth of stock, and sell that $20k worth of stock, in total, I will be charged $100 in fees. So if I profited $180, in reality, I only made around $80. Other than that, no complaints, but I wish they could make the fees a bit lower for bigger purchases since I have probably given them more than $1k in fees by now, but yeah other than that it’s a great app.

Complete scam
I registered several years ago and I am still unable to withdraw any money. I put $10 on a stock, then tried to withdraw the money as the stock price went up to $13. GoTrade charges: $10 “bank fee”, then $10 “wire fees”, so it doesn’t let withdraw anything. So, on $10 you need to make $61 profit for you to get $1.
Honestly, I don’t know why Apple lets this scam app on the Apple Store.

1 deposit option. $50 withdrawal fee!!!
If only Gotrade can sustain its deposit options, having Wise is the best but now only had wire transfer for Malaysian (so old schooool). Seems no new development for user from this app, the withdrawal fee still maintain at highest $50 & poorly had 1 deposit method! I guess this app not for me.

Price and percentage changes are not being updated. XLK is up 2.5% today, but in the app it says it’s down 0.23%
Crashes Often
It’s a good app does its job but it often crashes, please fix these issues.
The conversion rate is too high!
I just started daytrading at gotrade and i noticed that the fees are a bit too high for daytrading. 0.6% (0.3 buy + 0.3sell) trade fees, 2% conversion markup, 1% withdrawal fee, that’s 3.6% total.
While day trading your profit is immediately cut by 0.6% fixed rate. So if only profit on avg 1%, i only get 0.4% of that! And that’s before the conversion rate and withdrawal fee.
This app is friendly towards small to medium traders but it is brutal against daytraders and big amount investors because of the massive conversion fees and trade fees.
Having over 25k usd invested i expected to be treated well, but instead it’s eye gougingly expensive with it’s fees.
For example, in my 1,425,000 php balance, i already lost 28,500php just from the conversion rate alone!
If gotrade could just lower either it’s trade fees or conversion rates just a little bit, i would feel like i have a fair experience compared to other investment apps like ibkr where total fees are just around 1.8%. (3.5% is way too much gotrade!!)
i feel punished for putting 25k+ usd in the app and trying to daytrade for scrap value.

Deposited to GoTrade, still have not received it.
I deposited some money to GoTrade, but my investing account still hasn't received its money yet. It has been a week and it is getting concerning by the day.
I have contacted their on-app customer service, but their representatives are only saying the same thing over and over - as though it were an automated response. Still no new information regarding the issue.
I see other reviews here that the payment channels have been having problems. These reviews stretch back years.
I am writing this review for others to see that you might not be safe from these payment channel issues - deposit or withdrawal. I will update if GoTrade resolves my issue. Otherwise, consider eToro.

DO NOT INSTALL
The apps randomly log me out of my own account! At first I thought it was just a fluke and I only have to log back in. It’s been a few days now and I still haven’t received any email to continue log into my account. I double check my account and everything.
Not to mention the ridiculous $50 fee to withdraw is absolutely bonker.
