Very difficult to use
I have had to deal with GotSport for a few seasons of soccer coaching. It is difficult to get multiple family members set up to be able to see and use the app. Relevant chat functionality is often buried within multiple layers of unintuitive menu clicks. I always end up starting a group text message to communicate with the other parents on the team. At least it didn’t cost me anything.

Notification Badge over the app icon won’t go away
Works fine for what it does. It’s very annoying that the red notification badge remains even though I’ve opened the chat. Sometimes I can get it to go away if I close out of the app and come back in but that doesn’t always work.

Good but needs fixes
I’ve got multiple groups and having to switch between them for chats is annoying. Even more annoying is even after I read the chats they remain unread. I have to keep going out and into the message for it to finally get marked read.

Code enter
Will not give me an option to get past the screen where I enter the email code to continue signing in. No option to hit next on app or keyboard.
Can’t get the app to work
I have downloaded the app and I get a blank screen. I’ve tried downloading loading it several different ways and it says welcome but the rest is blank. Very frustrating!!
Doesn’t integrate with website!
Customer support page doesn’t exist anymore. Does not connect with website (which is buggy itself). No customer support contact.

Not working
Hello, after installing the app, it prompted us to enter the PIN code. We entered the PIN, but the app gets stuck in a validation loop and never completes the process. I tested it on both Android and iPhone, and the same issue occurs on both devices.o
Feels like an unfinished product
The app is not as friendly to use as other apps and when using for multiple teams.

What a PITA unfortunately this is what our team requires us to use instead of whatsapp. Trying to lavigate through it is frustrating.
Unable to move past the security code
I have a Got Sport account but when trying to use the app it sends a security code to the email address but nothing happens when the code is entered. Also the App Support link no longer works.
Beneficial but slow
App freezes a lot. Shows I have messages when I don’t. And sometimes doesn’t give me notifications when I do have messages or updates. Good idea for an app but needs a bit of the bugs worked out.

I don’t like how you can’t see who on the team is attending the games or practices. Seeing who will be there vs not be there helps my child prepare.
