I don’t think it’s fair that dental offices are allowed to leave reviews of temp professionals in situations where the work environment itself is the issue. I accepted a shift at an office that turned out to be extremely tense, unwelcoming, and uncomfortable. After experiencing the environment firsthand, I made the decision to cancel my next scheduled shift, and my rating was negatively impacted because of it.
As temp professionals, we often have no way of knowing what an office culture is like until we arrive. We shouldn’t be penalized for choosing not to return to a toxic workplace. My role is to step in and help an office transition smoothly when they’re short-staffed—not to be treated as though the office is doing me a favor by allowing me to work there.
The review system should be more balanced and take workplace conditions into account so that professionals aren’t unfairly punished for prioritizing a respectful and healthy work environment.

Does not support hygienists
I have scheduled multiple shifts for the hours posted only to get to the office and they did not schedule patients for the hours posted but half. GoTu chooses the dentists side and will not compensate me for the hours I agreed to work. I have wasted days and hours driving to these offices to wind up working way less hours due to the lack of transparency by these offices.

I would like to say thus far GoTu is one of the best apps although I am still waiting on an office that canceled to pay me, they did say that it would take up to four business days, but I would in fact get paid because of a cancellation 24 hours before I was supposed to be there unexpectedly but they’ve handled every issue ,payment and booking with confidentiality, respect, and dignity keep connecting professionals through your platform you guys are awesome!

It’s a good temping app
I only wish I could see the reviews for the offices prior. So I can know not to temp there or not. I know kwikly allows that. Also a W2 would be great! Some offices are not following standard protocols and should be banned and report based on the reviews from other professionals. Not overlooked and have those rating there for no reasons. I do like the flexibility of this app and allowing me to find temping opportunities.

Took me 4 business days to get a response that was useful from their “text” customer support after my inquiry was sent to the “escalations team.”
Also called them and, of course, went directly to voicemail. I never heard back with a phone call.

The worst App on the planet called EARTH
If you like applying and wait for them to accept your application or confirm, then this app is for you. Otherwise I’ll be no longer using this app because of it. I prefer the app that does invitations and it’s up to you whether to accept or not. I don’t like working hard to apply shifts that I am not accepted. A bad way to start this awful platform for Temps

I do not recommend
There are plenty of other temp agencies that will work with you don’t do it! They deactivate and restrict your account and they also do not follow their own policies.
Not for TN I guess
It took forever for me to get verified to even start applying for shifts. You have to reach out to get verified because they don’t do it within the time frame they claim they will. There’s not many offices that post shifts or they post last minute and when you do apply for shifts you again get no response. Great concept, horrid communication.

Horrible customer service
When it was Tempme getting a hold of someone to help you was easy and quick, after GoTu is basically via text and takes Hours for them to reply, or you have to get a call back with the representatives at so dismissive and never know how to solve anything all they do is “submit a ticket” to the “department im charge” and they will get back to you who knows when. Teero is doing a better job, hope they get more office to enroll with them
