Deleting app
Just got a new phone so I’m reviewing all the apps I currently have. They added some new authentication procedure that I really don’t trust. Signed up for it anyway and got logged into the app. I really see no value so I will delete it. Also withdrawing authentication.
Trouble with links
The links I was trying to use didn’t work in app, and I couldn’t set up an appointment for the DMV.

Would not even let me create an account.

It’s a waste of time having to do this on the phone when back then it was much easier to do it on the computer online .! I can’t even make an account to try it.. MAKES NO SENSE ITS TERRIBLE .! I HATE IT
Logging out
What is the point of the app being able to remind me to renew my license if the app logs me out every single time it updates?
Missing too many state and county reminders
This is very skeletal. It is missing more critical reminders needed for state drivers license, CHL, game and fish, etc. The app needs a summary event list instead of to click several times just to see each alone. It would be helpful to allow the user set their own reminders for 30 and 60 days prior to the deadline or event. Some of us want to pay as soon as possible and not at the latest deadline (eg property you can pay first week of March, even tho the deadline is Oct 31).

Colorado Springs DMV Vehicle Registration
Colorado Springs DMV website in North Union Blvd says you can renew your vehicle registration through this app. I tried everything to no avail. This app is garbage.
Cold Download; Could Not Register
Downloaded the app, punched in my email and a matching password that satisfied the password criteria, and then got “Unable to Create Account. Please try again.” Not sure what else to say.

Works as well as the CDC does
Which is to say it doesn’t work at all. I downloaded this app to get my Covid test results that were supposed to be ready after 72 hours (it’s been over 72 hours and I’ve heard nothing), but the app is totally unusable. It simply pulls up a blank screen. I deleted it and reinstalled it, and it did the same thing. The actual Gov2Go website is also terrible and won’t go past the loading screen with the 3 dots. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Huge inconvenience
Literally had to download the app because the website is all of a sudden acting weird and not under their private control like it used to be not long ago and was literally fine yesterday but the app won’t even load anything it’s just a blank white screen every time even restarted my phone to try to get it to work nothing changed the app literally doesn’t work. Whoever is supposed to make sure these things work needs to do their job and fast otherwise don’t bother making an app just make sure the original website works regardless. How hard is that?

Gov2Go accessibility
I have downloaded and uninstalled the app. I’m still having issues accessing the account. It’s not very user friendly. I have test results that I can’t retrieve. The website states “403 FORBIDDEN”. Any assistance you can provide will be greatly appreciated.

This is a bunch of web pages thrown into an app and it still doesn’t work. The chat is horrible such a waste.

Updated - Delete - Re-Download - Tells me it’s not updated
This app is stuck in a loop saying it’s not updated but then it’s downloaded again and still says it’s not updated. Worst user experience on the iPhone I’ve ever experienced
