King of fees
I’ve never seen a bank charge so many random fees that they neglect to tell you about. They’ll tell you their checking account is “free of charges” and that their savings account is also free as long as you keep 100 dollars in it. Well in the last month alone I’ve gotten around 70 dollars in hidden fees, you get charges for your monthly statement, you get charges if you transfer any money from any account, you get charged for receiving money as well.
They’ll also overdraft your account with a fee even if you have overdraft protection and then charge you daily with no notification, I’ve never had a worse bank in my entire life. The only positive thing I can say about them is that their staff is extremely nice and professional.

User Friendliness
Quite satisfied with service in general, though I’m still learning to navigate the app, and the support hours are inconvenient for me. Otherwise, everyone has been friendly, professional and understand their job.

Glitchy, slow and never works without Wi-Fi. Awful!!
Zelle crashes app
Your app now crashes after I successfully go through the MFA to enter the Zelle portal. Please fix this. I am resorting to logging into the bank website to use the Zelle feature.
Slowest app ever
Not only is it the slowest, most unresponsive app...with the name change you can't even search for it by bank name. GoVivo means nothing to any of us. So dumb.
