Even in my own city I learned things
Installed the app, because a friend of mine recommended it. Before leaving on vacation I decided to try it out.
I downloaded a city near by that I used to live in and started to looks at the tours. The tours were great , suggested cool spots to visit.
Localizations is great, it indicates the distance you are of the point of interest and map the path.
I feel I can’t wait to get to my destination with this tool

Great walking tours
I have used the app in a couple of cities and it has nice walks and great information about the local sights.
Excellent App
Really useful app, we used it in the Baltic and Berlin. The walks were easy to navigate and the information helpful. It was a great way to safe space in our luggage
Great Guide
This app is so helpful in planning a walking tour. We found the information for the sights helpful and informative. We liked being able to add our own spots too (like our hotel) so we could see distances and plan accordingly. The gps guide is also helpful. The only issue we had was when we changed directions away from the original map it did not recalculate. The directions were not always direct.

Easy and helpful
I’ve used this app a couple of times for trips and love the ability to find key attractions with a write up to aid in understanding the reason for the attraction. The real time mapping to get me there is also amazing to save using my data.

We have used this app all over the world and found that the ~2 hour walks are great introductions to a new city.

Has become a favourite!
This app has become an absolute must for me when exploring new areas. You can stay with the set walks or create your own easily and it has replaced other map apps completely!
Didn’t work in Europe
Bought before my multi country trip to Europe. I downloaded all of the city walks ahead of time. Then when I was in the city, I pulled up the walk. And it didn’t work, kept saying the map file was incomplete, would download a file and then got same error. Requested a refund.
Love this app
This is my go-to app when we travel, whether we’re on our own or with a group tour. I’m pleased to find both large and small towns throughout Europe in the app. We use it both for advance planning and for on the ground guided walks. It’s significantly enhanced our travel experiences.

Spontaneous adventure
Wonderful to walk around a city and visit important sites, listening to history and discovering a city at the spur of a moment in between flights or train rides.
Love this app!!!

Great App
We used this app in the port of Suva, Fiji. After being told our visit would be underwhelming, we had a wonderful day. The app guided us to many interesting spots around the city. When you arrive at a location it has an audio guide that clearly explains to you everything you are seeing, just like having a local guide with you in person. And the walking directions are very easy to follow. We are looking forward to using this app again on our trip to Japan next year.

Mediterranean GPSmycity
We did a 21 day cruise and used the GPSmycity app as our tour guide. It was excellent we enjoyed putting our earbuds in and being guided by the map to all the best places we decided to go. The descriptions and information given was interesting and informative. We recommend this as app. We enjoyed it.

Not impressed
Was really hoping this app worked - I expected it to give verbal routing instructions to the next sight on the route and to start the audio automatically for the sight when you arrive. It did neither! This is the response I got from them: “We don't force users to strictly follow the route or listen to audio; people are different and want freedom “

Good app for city breaks giving decent level of info. Way better value and informative than Big Red Bus Tours.
