App will not load upon opening. Says “bad internet connection - try again”. Neither WiFi nor 5G work.

Downloaded this as recommended by the World of Winter folks, so I hadn’t read the reviews. It doesn’t work. Constant crashing. The worst part is that these reviews are old… some over 5 years! It seem that this app is not supported and/or Grand Rapids and the developers don’t care. Why suggest people use an app you must know DOES NOT WORK?

Basic bugs results in app being useless
Crashes when attempting to search. I’m in the space but cannot actually access it to pay for parking. Worst city parking app I’ve used.

Frequent Crashing
This app crashes almost every single time I use it. Don’t try the search bar because it will cause it to crash too. There’s not “map” option when trying to view parking lots, just a list by the garage name, which is really difficult to try and navigate. You’re probably better off just driving around and looking for parking because this app will only frustrate you more...

Crash and Burn
I’ve had the app for all of five minutes and anytime I click on anything, it crashes.every.time.

Won’t connect
Frequently says there isn’t an internet connection and can’t connect. but all my other apps are able to get a connection

Crashes when using the search box; backwards process.
Instead of giving an address in the area and seeing which garage is close with space available you have to select a garage by its name (not even address) and see if it has spaces, then see if it is near where you want to be. Why on earth would I want to select a garage and THEN find out if it’s even near where I wanted to go. This screwed up our trip to an event because we ended up parking far away when there was a closer garage with space available.

workflow seems backwards
i'm here in Indiana planning to go to an event in grand rapids. When I bring up the app, the first thing I want to do is to put in the event location. then I want the app to show me parking opportunities near the event location.
unfortunately, this app gives me a list of parking near my current location(In Indiana), which is of no use to me. if I pick a parking opportunity at random, it does give me a chance to declare the event location. That's good, sort of. However, I wish that the map then showed all of the parking opportunities in graphical form.
Then if I back out of the first parking opportunity that I chose, and pick the next one, unfortunately I'm back to square one. I then have to declare again the event location for this next parking opportunity. The system seems to forget each time. vexing.

GR Park
This app, or maybe it's the city of Grand Rapids, is shockingly discriminatory. There is not one mention of number or availability of wheelchair accessible parking spots in these places. This app will be pretty useless to me since I need accessible parking.
