We understand your frustration, but we want to clarify something: Grabz is designed to extract exact frames from videos with precision timing, which is quite different from taking screenshots. While screenshots can work in some cases, they often miss the exact moment and can introduce quality loss or screen artifacts. Our free version provides a good starting point, while the premium version offers additional features like maximum resolution exports and advanced frame selection tools. We need to maintain this model to continue developing and improving Grabz. If you're experiencing unusually poor quality in the free version, this might not be intended behavior. Thank you for your feedback about Grabz's output resolution. You're right that the free version has limitations on export size. For full resolution frame exports (matching your source video quality), you'll need our premium version. If you're seeing unusually low resolution (280kb) even with premium, please contact us at help@beehivelabs.co.uk - we'll investigate as this isn't expected. Please include: Your device model iOS version Source video resolution Exported frame size We aim to provide the best possible frame extraction quality and want to ensure you're getting the resolution you need.

The HD resolution export is part of our premium features, which allows you to save frames at your video's full resolution.
