having to enter account details manually, autofill on fields doesn’t work
Filtering tickets greys out others, doesn’t reduce the list.
Looking at later or earlier times takes ages to load.
Requires full calendar access to save journey to calendar, this is unnecessary
Requests cookies but the app works when rejecting all, why use cookies then?
Definitely the worst railway app. Same prices on LNER or GWC, only went on here hoping I could pick my seat which I can’t.

A to B no problem
Clear easy to navigate and immediate
Can’t choose seats!!!!
Deleted account won’t use again, no longer able to select seats. LNER from now on.
Infuriating
Just paid for return travel to London on Thursday 11 returning on the evening of Friday 12 and app says payment hasn’t gone through but my bank says it has 😡

Delayed arrival in London December 27
To get to London more than half an hour late after boarding the train on time at Doncaster at 935 was an incredible disappointment. It means we will not be able to make our lunch appointment before we go to a matinee performance. There must be a better way given the prices charged for this lack of service.

Buying a ticket with a seat number does not entitle you yo a seat
Paid for a first class ticket on 16:27pm train. They cancelled it. Said I should catch the next train but I’m not guaranteed a seat. That I paid for journey and seats are complimentary
Great app, helpful support
I chose Grand Central because, unlike other companies, they don’t charge a booking fee (big plus). It’s easy to find services and the best fares. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel my most recent booking and rang the help line. The person I spoke to was friendly and very helpful and arranged a refund straight away. It’s the sort of excellent customer service which backs up an excellent app and I really recommend it
