No magazines available since December 2024 despite subscription
I have been a subscriber via the App Store for many years. My last 12 month subscription began in June 2024 but there have been no editions since December. Effectively meaning that I have only received half of my paid for product

Seriously buggy
Running this on and iPad Pro and it is horrendous. Constant network error pop ups that can’t be dismissed, poor scrolling performance.

Subscribed in February 2018, STILL HAVEN’T RECEIVED LOGIN DETAILS AFTER 10 MONTHS! Contacted Media 10 every week to enquire about when I will receive login details, THEY DON’T CARE! APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE

You're offering 'Grand Design Interactive Magazine' for free but you won't let me view this unless I buy a subscription. Why ???
No Grand Design
I tried the interactive version then gave up and went to the ordinary digital edition of the magazine. Still jerky page turning and, even more infuriating, you don't get any of the supplements throughout the year that print users get. I have tried to email the magazine about this on several occasions but they don't bother replying. Such arrogance. I won't be renewing.
