App still sucks
This app continually dumps my biometrics for signing in and then makes me reset my password. Fix this app, it sucks!
Constantly Disables Facial Recognition
Not sure if it's app updates or what but every time I open the app, facial recognition is disabled. I re-enable it and it works for a brief period but then it gets disabled. It's such a pain I rarely use the app as a result.

For a while every time I wanted to do a transfer the app would crash.
I signed into the app and it asked me to verify my information. Once I did, it kicked me out of the app.

Face ID is a problem.
App is pretty good except for the fact that it is constantly turning off Face ID.
I turn it on in the settings and after working once or twice, it turns itself off again. This is very frustrating because I then have to manually find the password I use for the bank about 50% of the time.

App OK But Disables FaceID
The app works ok, does what you want a basic online banking app to do. Unfortunately, the app frequently disables FaceID, requiring me to sign in with a username and password followed by a code sent by SMS - not very secure indeed. I can re-enable FaceID once in the app and it will work a few times thereafter but at some point FaceID gets turned off. It seems to occur anytime the app is updated.

I was told I would be able to deposit my check Mobley and it would be available to me immediately now I have to wait two days not impressed with your bank

I never can get into my app. 10 different times I tried calling and they give me a password . I can’t ever check my cards ughhhh
Great ap with one exception
I have cars use notifications set up for my card and my children, every once in a while it stops sending the notifications. Not a huge issue, but I have this in place to monitor for fraud for my kids especially. Doesn’t seem to be any rhyme or reason as to why it stops sending notifications and will start again just as sporadically.

Crashes
Unable to open the app without immediate crashing without even getting to the login page.

Every time since my first download the app shows white and closes itself out. Not sure if this is a new problem or current as I’m a new customer to GSCU and just downloaded the app a few days ago.

URGENT - Unable to launch app
iOS 16.4 broke the app. I’m no longer able to open the app at all without it crashing. I can still access the website from safari but the app itself won’t even load the login page.

They need to update this app, for the last week I am unable to access online banking via app as the app constantly crashes on me.
good when it works
hasn’t worked in a bit but it goes through periods where an error message displays and you just gotta use the website. when it does work! it’s pretty good, card control is on there is well which is very convenient. sometimes for online purchases the money will be returned and taken back out repeatedly which is kinda annoying, but probably just a bug or something. good work
