Extremely surprised with the effectiveness
I genuinely thought this app was too good to be true, but I thought I’d give it a try. Granted ended up saving me over $250 on one of my medical bills and I was blown away.
My only note is that some insurance’s don’t negotiate bills, so just be aware. Other than that, I’d absolutely recommend.

Poor Outcome
The communication with my bill negotiator was good. However, the doctor’s office kept giving her the run-around and not returning her calls. When I asked her what could be done, she didn’t seem to have any other recourse than to keep waiting. This was putting my account into arrears and after weeks of waiting, I finally had to close out the case. I have used another app and had a great outcome. I was trying this app to see if it was any better, and sadly it was not.
