Poor Outcome
The communication with my bill negotiator was good. However, the doctor’s office kept giving her the run-around and not returning her calls. When I asked her what could be done, she didn’t seem to have any other recourse than to keep waiting. This was putting my account into arrears and after weeks of waiting, I finally had to close out the case. I have used another app and had a great outcome. I was trying this app to see if it was any better, and sadly it was not.

The service is so awesome and your bill goes down by big Number at first. I thought it might be not so useful or a scam but after I submitted my case, it was evident that it is helpful on brought my bill down by a huge number.

It’s really nice to have professionals that know how to navigate insurance. It’s always been confusing for me. I’ve had a lot of random issues with using my out of network doctor and Granted will go to bat for me. In the past I would call and email Aetna with no real resolution but Granted is able to make progress on these claims. Anyways, pricing is fair and I’m grateful to have found them.

I tried to use it and they failed miserably at negotiating with my doctor. My doctor also then got upset and I’m now having issues with this provider!!! Do NOT use

Can not login to my UHC Account
So I can login through the browser to my UHC account (healthsafe-id.com…which is a two-factor authentication login system), I can successfully through the iOS App..again no problem. I also looked through my UHC account to see if I can permission outside accounts, but there isn’t anything to allow an outside account to connect to my account. Nor there isn’t a notification for me to allow your system to connect to my accounts. I am pretty sure that I am not alone. Hopefully you can assist (sorry for the one star).
