Worst app ever

The app continuously either does not open, freeze, crashes, cannot open certain tabs like bill history or payment. All of the above will happen not open, freeze and then crash. Once all that happens, you are unable to open the app itself. This app is crooked and corrupt just as customer service themselves for Grayson Rural.

Update please!

I absolutely loved this app when I first got it. It was great being notified when my bill was available and making my payment from my phone while I was on the go. Now I am unable to log in due to an error message saying that my username/account and/or password being incorrect. I have called and changed my information but it didn't help!
