App is broken
It keeps asking me to reset my password but then doesn’t email. When I finally get a response via email it works for a day then forgets my password. If there was ever an issue or a fire how am I meant to report it?
App is useless
A fire alarm went off in my flat recently out of office hours and no one from Grayson’s showed up. In order to contact Grayson’s, I had to search through their website to find that I had to download this app to use their emergency phone number. If this had been a real fire, I cannot fathom what would she happened, as I assume in the panic no one would have known this information. This is incredibly dangerous. I shouldn’t have had to search through the website for this app just to inform my rental company that my accommodation is burning down.

Most useless app I would ever see in my life I want to check my payment history just show bugs
Very buggy
App is quite glitchy for accessing information and raising an issue. As well the user guide doesn’t load. The app crashed 4 times when attempting raise an issue. The “+” button to add an issue has disappeared so I cannot add anything.
