Poor quality audio and video. Narrator has a thick and hard to decipher accent.
Very disappointed. No way to contact them for a refund.
There are better training videos for free on YouTube. (I wasted my $10 on their ‘Video Editing’ course.)

iPad app
After recent update this app is not displaying any controls. After starting a video lecture you don’t see any navigation controls. Every time you have to kill the app and go to main screen and start over.
Missing UI
Some pages will not have any navigation, forcing you to restart the app to move forward in a course. This usually happens when you full screen a video on iPad, or right after you submit a quiz. It’s easier to just use the website version on safari than this app.

You can access the menus but it keeps loading the videos with no answer, just the icon of loading… you must erase and reinstall the app, it works well few times and fails again… really annoying
Courses are good, but app crashes a lot
Sometimes opening the video in full screen crashes the app. There's no resolution settings for ios. No skip or previous buttons. Many times the screen gets stuck.
Hangs at login
I wish I had more to say about this app, but I’ve never succeeded at logging into it! It just hangs and never gives me an error message or a successful login. Uninstalling!
Problem in free certification
Hello Great Learning Team,
I enrolled in the “SQL for Data Science” course which was advertised as having a free certificate. However, after enrolling, I’m asked to pay ₹299 to get the certificate.
This was not mentioned before enrolling, and the original course page clearly states “Certificate from Great Learning” under the free plan.
Could you please clarify if a free certificate is available as stated?

Buggy app
Slaggy. Slow to respond. Almost unusable. Just use the website.
UX (User Experience) needs improvement.
UX is at worst level, for example, you have to sequentially scroll to reach video contents. When you reach somehow, not any thumbnails of video, just texts. You can’t predict where back button will take you. No user personalisation, if you don’t want caption, you have to manually off on every video. Just time pass by dev & qa teams…

Landscape and PIP video
This app is fairly simple and easy to use. I wish I had a automatic landscape mode and a picture and Picture in Picture video option.
Please add auto rotate
Please add an auto rotate feature for the videos, it’s frustrating to have to switch back-and-forth to take the quizzes and watch the video and then force it into full screen mode to go into landscape view.
I tried to send this privately
Purchased a new device around the time of the update. App will not update to the new version. So I cannot view anything on my phone. Please be advised there is a bug in your update keeping me from being able to update.
App doesnt work
I jump through hoops putting in creds, putting MFA codes in and it’s stuck on loading
Very disappointing
Doesn’t load, can used save username password as it only takes password value and put for username. And remove the password box. And after manually type the password, nothing loads.
Keep getting 403
Whenever I take a quiz on either the app or the website I keep getting 403 errors then it doesn’t let me back in until I delete my cache and cookies
Not able to login
I have downloaded the application and i m trying to login with the valid credentials but the error pops up saying email id an password combination wrong then i click on forget password but i never received password reset link. I tried this multiple times

Mostly good, some annoying quirks
The app is pretty good to use overall. The navigation is fairly easy. The ability to change the speed of the videos is nice. The interface is tidy and professional.
One annoying quirk is that, when using the app on iPad, the videos are displayed landscape, but all other interactions with the app are forced into a portrait orientation. This is a very frustrating usability aspect because I keep having to rotate my iPad from landscape to portrait and back again in order to complete lessons and quizzes.

Very bad support
I paid 1.75lac for software development course and completed the course in given time. But after that I was not allowed to upload my resume as I reached my limit which is 3 by the way. So for 1 year I had added different skill set in my resume but they are not allowing me update my resume. So I invested so much money in this and I was forced to use my previous and old resume to apply for job, when the industry is changing drastically and you need new skills to upgrade. Even this people also providing new optional course to learn and update your skills but we're not allowed to upload resume.
