Bank Itself
The app is good and works well for me. But the bank overall at least in my town is horrible. The workers are rude and they have messed up our bank cards I believe 3 times now. I’m only 15. They gave me a card which was technically illegal cause I can’t have a card on my own until 16. They fixed it but gave me a card that was linked to my brother’s account, and my current one doesn’t work again for some strange reason. Don’t use this hellhole of a bank.

Horrible site
This is the most pathetic app ever. In today's technology atmosphere it will make customers and potential customers look elsewhere. Once you get into the site, the basics are OK, but getting in is terrible. It is not updating with iOS updates, or even pretending to. 👎
App won’t open
I click on the app and it shuts down immediately
Mobile check deposit doesn’t work anymore
I loved this app never had problems but today I’m in a pinch and need to deposit a check now and the screen is black to take pics of the check so one star for now
Below The Competeition
Not intuitive at all. I see my friends banking apps and they can easily sign in and access their funds and transfer money instantly, and you can’t do any of that with great southern. Genuinely makes me upset.
