Not Great
GSB got rid of the feature where you can have your debit card locked at all times to where it only unlocks if you enter a password to manually unlock. This was a great safety feature that gave me peace of mind after my wallet was stolen. That is gone. And I might be as well to somewhere else who can give me more safety

Well now that the update happened can’t get into online banking anymore., really only going let IOS 18 and up to get updates… seriously angry

In app it says it needs to update, I come here then then it just says open with no update and I can’t access my account

Great App NEED MFA
Smooth, easy to navigate great app, but they need MFA added to it.

Keeps taking me to the app in the App Store then open is the only option. It takes me back to a notification of needing to update the app. It goes in circles with no where to click on to update.
Slow bill pay/2 separate cards for checking and saving to withdraw $
Came from a busy city in Colorado and I am disappointed this bank has such a delay in bill pay. It takes 1-2 days to transfer money to my kids or husband! Really not up to date. Then After moving all my money into this bank i found out i need 2 separate atm cards one for checking one for savings. Yikes I am going back in time!

Can’t even use the app since I don’t have iOS 18
Been banking with them for years just to make it to where I can’t even check my bank account from my phone absolutely ridiculous
1-800 nothing
I’m usually really happy with this bank but im getting a notification telling me to make sure to check for fraud, recently there’s been text messages sent out not by great southern but clam to be. I’m the app they tell you to talk to an 800 number. This number I could speak to no one and only brought me to a local number that also had the exact same phone set up with no people. How am I supposed to talk to anybody online about this going on if I can’t contact anyone at all through the numbers you provide.
