App Glitch
Updated last night, am no longer able to open the app. I have tried to delete and reinstall. Still unable to open. I am at the hotel now and can not use the features I need. Disappointing

Latest app update ruined the app!
The latest app update crashes the app and makes it unusable. They need to fix asap!

I even restarted my device and deleted the app and reinstalled

After new update now my app won’t open, keeps automatically closing.

This app has never worked flawlessly. This last update that supposedly fixed bugs has made this app totally useless. After deleting then installing several times it continues to crash as soon as it’s opened. The last two trips to great wolf I’ve had to call in to book my stay because, for me, I couldn’t book online. When you call, your call is routed to an overseas call center. Beware of identity theft and unauthorized charges on cards when calling in.

App won’t work
App worked great until it required the most recent update. Now it won’t open at all. Every time I click on it to open, it crashes out back to my Home Screen. I have tried to uninstall, redownload, waited over night, restart my phone, download on other devices, nothing works
Persistent crash on open
It crashes on open, all the time…can’t get into it…please fix

Near version either crashes immediately or just sit on the welcome screen indefinitely. Hopefully fixed before our upcoming stay
Update now crashes every time you open it
As title entails can’t use the app because of update. Kind of sketchy since everything is tracked on the app
Great when logged in
This app is great for your stay but I’m logged out almost every time I try to use it, even if the app is running in the background.
Logs me out
This app constantly logs me out while i am at the lodge. Also, why do i need a separate “Tock” account to book a reservation at a restaurant at their own lodge?
Not functional
The app made me login every time I opened it, requiring an email code each time. We stayed 1 night and 2 days at the hotel. I have 11 emails with login codes for that one period of time. After checkout, I was no longer able to order food through the app. There were very limited autofill options and this made the app very difficult to use!

LOVE GREATEOLF LODGE
This place is way better than the grand fair resort because the grand bar resort I hate their lifeguard but great. Wolf Lodge is way better.
Need to stay logged in & send receipts
The app has gotten better over the years. However, I have 2 pet peeves with it during our recent visit: logging in every time and not receiving email receipts. There should be an option to stay logged in so you don’t have re-login every time just to check an event or order food or whatever. I also have not received a single receipt via email (junk or inbox) for food orders. It would be nice to get those receipts.

App signs out
The app would be great if it didn’t sign out between every single use. Very frustrating to have to sign in over and over! And even though I have my password saved, I still have to click into the email box after it autofills so I can login
Constantly having to log in
Frustrating experience. Every time I use the app I have to login again and again on a trip. Such a hassle.
Fix the Log In
You gotta stop logging me out every time I close the app. Incredibly frustrating.
If only it would keep me logged in
This app would be so much better if it didn’t make me log in literally everytime I open the app. Not even exaggerating.
Okay -logs you out each time
The app is overall okay for information, but the map is not very interactive and I have to log in to my account every time when I open the app which is frustrating and time consuming.
