Great when logged in
This app is great for your stay but I’m logged out almost every time I try to use it, even if the app is running in the background.
Logs me out
This app constantly logs me out while i am at the lodge. Also, why do i need a separate “Tock” account to book a reservation at a restaurant at their own lodge?
Not functional
The app made me login every time I opened it, requiring an email code each time. We stayed 1 night and 2 days at the hotel. I have 11 emails with login codes for that one period of time. After checkout, I was no longer able to order food through the app. There were very limited autofill options and this made the app very difficult to use!

LOVE GREATEOLF LODGE
This place is way better than the grand fair resort because the grand bar resort I hate their lifeguard but great. Wolf Lodge is way better.
Need to stay logged in & send receipts
The app has gotten better over the years. However, I have 2 pet peeves with it during our recent visit: logging in every time and not receiving email receipts. There should be an option to stay logged in so you don’t have re-login every time just to check an event or order food or whatever. I also have not received a single receipt via email (junk or inbox) for food orders. It would be nice to get those receipts.

App signs out
The app would be great if it didn’t sign out between every single use. Very frustrating to have to sign in over and over! And even though I have my password saved, I still have to click into the email box after it autofills so I can login
Constantly having to log in
Frustrating experience. Every time I use the app I have to login again and again on a trip. Such a hassle.

Okay -logs you out each time
The app is overall okay for information, but the map is not very interactive and I have to log in to my account every time when I open the app which is frustrating and time consuming.
Why do I have to sign in everytime?
Everytime I click on the app I have to enter my full email and a code that is emailed to me. Why? If I have a reservation I should be able to see events and things without having to sign in. This is ridiculous
Log in options are frustrating
I was able to do pretty much everything I needed for my stay with the app with the exception of staying logged in to the app. Even though I was checked into my hotel room, the app would consistently log me out and then I’d have to log back in with my email. Wait for a code in order to get back into the app. I can’t. I just stay logged in. Why can’t I use a password that saved on my phone? I don’t understand why you make it so difficult.

Stop logging users out
It’s infuriating when you are staying at hotel and the app logs you out EVERYTIME you close it. No settings to change it.

The Great Wolf Lodge app has become nearly unusable over the last few days.
The biggest issue is that the app now logs me out every single time I close it. Every. Single. Time.
How am I supposed to receive event reminders, activity notifications, and trip updates if I have to manually log back into the app every time I open it? The entire purpose of a resort app is convenience, trip planning, and staying informed during your stay. Constantly being logged out defeats that purpose.
What makes this even more frustrating is that this wasn’t happening when I first downloaded and set up the app. The problem only started within the last 2–3 days, which suggests something changed in a recent update.
I attempted to troubleshoot through the website chat. The AI assistant, Olivier, had me change settings on my phone because it claimed those settings were causing the issue. I followed the instructions exactly, and it made absolutely no difference.
I then contacted two live support representatives. After waiting 30–45 minutes for responses and repeatedly explaining the issue, I was eventually told that the app is “supposed” to work this way.
If that is true, then it’s a terrible design decision. If it’s not true, then support needs better training because nobody seemed to understand the problem.
To make matters worse, the in-app chat feature doesn’t even work until you’re physically at the resort, which limits your ability to get help before your trip.
For reference, I am using an iPhone 17 Pro Max running iOS 26.5 (the latest iPhone and latest iOS version available). This is not an outdated device issue, nor is it a phone settings issue. The app worked correctly when I first installed it and only began logging me out repeatedly within the last few days.
Please investigate this issue.

App hasn’t worked in weeks
Can’t login. Can’t view reservations or do literally anything from the app because it errors out. It’s been weeks. Even called GWL directly and reported it because I was trying to manage a reservation.
Bad customer service
Stupid won’t let you room charge if it messes up once. They don’t even tell you when you try to order in person you have to go to a kiosk to order that is the same app is on your phone.
