Would be great if I am able to access mortgage statements or 1098 online. Also to be able to initiate wire transfers through secure messaging like other banks.

No Horizontal Viewing
Since the new upgrade you can only view this app when the phone or iPad is in the vertical position. It will not turn to view it in the horizontal position. I have repeatedly informed customer service to no avail.
Great application
Easy of use and allows to see your transactions and make transfers without complications save time not to go to a branch
Payments
The App doesn’t have a payment feature to pay more towards the principal of the mortgage. I would have to physically drive to a branch, stand in line, fill out a payment slip, and pay my mortgage if I wanted to pay more towards the principal. The app is a nice tool to have for simple banking needs, but overall I rate it below average at best. GREAT BANK, lousy app.

Touch ID Only stays enabled for one or two days
Once touch ID stops working I have to enter my username and password, which is fine. But then I have to log into my email and get an additional security code. I have deleted the app reinstalled the app. I have contacted customer support. Really annoying!
