Terrible customer service
They have no problem cooking the books to squeeze $30 chargebacks out of you. They’ve gotten so lousy that when your debit card expires they don’t even send a new one out. But, if you want to send your money to a more competent bank to actually be able to use your money, they’ll just put your Zelle account on hold😂 Good luck trying to get it resolved too, because when you call now they “don’t have access”!!! Very unserious “bank” if you can even call it that.

I love my Credit Union Of New Jersey Bank. They are so sufficient and the customer service is excellent and they know when someone is scamming with your account they will contact you in a minute to let you know that your account has been compromised. It’s because of my mother that I am a customer at this bank.
