Doesn’t work
Wont accept password. Then wont send email to change the password.
Can’t login
Just loops me to a login website that gets an error loading. Have only been able to login once. Fsa management actually looks worse than before. They pull in claims from the health plan but then auto deny all those claims.
Not even beta quality
This app is useless. The SSO looks misconfigured to start with. Since you can’t log in, there’s no way to see what the app actually does or doesn’t do.
It should not have been released until Horizon employees were forced to run it for themselves & report bugs to the developers during an internal alpha test. Horizon should be ashamed of the way this whole mid-year transition was handled.

It’s almost like I have 0 permission to do anything in the app at all. View outstanding claims? Nope error. Change my email? Or add an email? Nope. Add a bank account - most certainly not.

Worst app ever
Left a bad review as this app doesn’t work. They reached out to me to tell me that they fixed it and would I reconsider my poor review. I still cannot login to see my balance. The app doesn’t work and now I’m afraid these crooks are taking my money. Literally TERRIBLE app, I 100% regret signing up for the HSA.
