Frustrated
Very hard to navigate. Also very hard to make any kind of loan payments. They make it hard to get into the account to make the payments. Very frustrating
Decimal point consistency
Please make decimal points consistent throughout the app. Transfers put it in the second place but bill pay does not. I paid my aunts power bill of 37.09 and it paid 3,709.000, which I disputed.
It was a huge stress point for me to get that taken care of… one little dot. Money transactions ALWAYS have two place decimal.

I have been with GNCU for 30+ years. Ironically I moved from Reno to Salt Lake City and I stayed with GNCU and also joined AFCU in Salt Lake. They are both awesome and now they will be combined! Not sure how it will turn out but they are both great!

in-person experience at the banks. I highly recommend their services. This app reflects their commitment to quality and service. One of my favorite features is the remote deposit. With this feature you can deposit your checks with just a picture! Maybe that’s not so important but to me it’s the little details that count.
They deserve 5 stars for such quality service and excellence in their field. Without a doubt this app deserves that rating.
