Easy rewards redemption!
The ability to order and apply a reward was simple and encourages my participation in the rewards program
Fail - First app order discount
I spent about 20 minutes trying to place my first order in the app applying $5 discount. The first few times it was giving me the price of my meal PLUS $5. Then I tried to create an account again and it gave me an error to use the coupon code. All this while being hungry 😩Unfortunately I was unable to get the discount.

I love Greco but the rewards are a total mess. Way too difficult to use and they don’t apply to create your own orders.
Stopped Working
Login never works, always make me reset password, rewards system on the app doesn’t work either
