We have had such a fantastic stay at Grecotel LUXME Dama Dama. From the moment we arrived, every member of staff has been warm, welcoming and genuinely helpful. The service has been exceptional throughout.
The hotel is spotless, with beautiful grounds, a lovely pool area and direct access to the beach. There are always plenty of sunbeds, and the whole resort feels relaxed and well looked after.
The food has been excellent, with a great variety at the buffet and high-quality à la carte restaurants. We particularly appreciated the premium drinks and the overall quality of the all-inclusive offering, which is far better than we’ve experienced elsewhere.
Our sea view room was modern, comfortable and immaculately cleaned every day. The little touches, from the friendly housekeeping team to the attentive restaurant staff, really made a difference.
We also loved the location – it’s peaceful but only a short taxi ride into Rhodes Old Town and close to Faliraki, making it easy to explore the island.
This has been one of our favourite holidays, and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Thank you to everyone at Dama Dama for making our stay so memorable.

Terrible unhelpful app
One of the worst apps I have ever used. The hotel map is pointless, you can’t find anything in relation to other things as you can only highlight one thing at a time. They need to revert to a simple printed map showing all items. The rest of it is unintuitive, slow and looks feels like they have made it deliberately hard to use. Needs starting from scratch.

It was good in terms of seeing meals timings and what was available each day. It was frustrating using the app trying to book restaurants as it constantly said restaurants were unavailable when in fact they were.
FANTASTIC HOLIDAY
We arrived as a family of three to Grecotel Dama Dama in Rhodes.
What a fantastic hotel with amazing staff.
The food here is so good the facilities are second to none, great for families,very close to the beach, very clean and tidy

Not impressed
Honestly this is a useless app for a hotel that is not even close to a 4 star! I have has problems after problems with this hotel. I am not sure who is giving out the star rating but this is a 2 star hotel
Could be better
Es ist grundsätzlich schön, dass es eine App gibt, die einem beim Urlaub in Grecotels unter die Arme greift. Leider ist die definitiv ausbaufähig.
- fehlende Anpassung an das neue iOS 26 sowie Anzeige der App über das gesamte Display
- es könnten noch mehr Informationen zu den Abläufen im jeweiligen Hotel stehen, weshalb man gezwungen ist sich viele Informationen beim
Hotelpersonal zu holen
- die Informationen sind teilweise nicht aktuell. Zum Beispiel sind auf den Karten verschiedener Restaurants der Hotels mehr Gerichte angeboten als dann tatsächlich vor zu bestellen sind, was sehr enttäuschend ist.
- ein weiterer Punkt ist, dass man eine Restaurant Reservierung entweder über die App oder zumindest über einen Link in der Bestätigungsmail stornieren kann. Aktuell ist auch die etwas umständliche nur über die Rezeption möglich.
Ansonsten hat die App tolles Potenzial ein zuverlässiger Begleiteter in Grecotels zu sein.

Beim Öffnen der App ist nicht mal klar, wo ich mich einloggen kann bzw. wo ich Hotelservices buchen kann..

This app appears useless. It doesn’t always respond and it is impossible to log on so unable to make bookings.

Pretty pointless app
Given 2 stars because it’s good to be able to see the menus. However, it’s impossible to book the various restaurants (the concierge did them for us in the end). The map is pretty useless and very unclear. TBH, although this hotel is marketed as 5star, it really is closer to 4star, but with decent food.

Gibt Infos zu den Öffnungszeiten der Restaurants; der Rest ist nicht zu gebrauchen. Verfügbarkeiten für Restaurant Reservierungen werden mal angezeigt und dann wieder nicht. Wenn man welche findet kann man aufgrund eines Fehlers nicht buchen. Sehr schade
Leider nicht überzeugend
Um einen generellen Überblick über das Hotel zu bekommen ganz okay. Aber viele Links und Informationen funktionieren nicht oder sind nicht vorhanden. Insofern ist die App an vielen Stellen leider nicht hilfreich oder nicht zu gebrauchen.

Macht was es tun soll. Man kann sich über das Hotel informieren, Programm nachschlagen, Getränke oder Essen Menüs einsehen.
All barely works
After the recent update with bug fixes, it seems like the app doesn’t really work anymore. Most CTA’s don’t do anything, or the app has a loading screen which never loads.
The UX is pretty awful as well. The flows just don’t make sense.
I give it a 2 star because when it actually works, it works. Albeit you still can’t do a lot with the app.
Great idea for an app for the hotels, but all the features should work before telling guests to use it.

Jetzt funktioniert gar nichts mehr
Seit dem letzten Update öffnet sich die App zwar aber es wird nichts mehr angezeigt.

Sie App startet nur hin und wieder - Ladevorgänge brauchen äußerst lange (wenn es funktioniert)

Kann nicht mal anmelden
Gut durchdachte und wahrscheinlich auch grandios gestaltete App. Nun ja … wenn sie eben auch funktionieren würde. Versuchen uns seit über 1 Woche mit unseren Daten anzumelden. Keine Chance hier. Wenn man die App mal auf den heutigen Stand aktualisieren könnte, wäre hier wahrscheinlich vielen geholfen. - nicht zu empfehlen. Sehr schade!
