Annoying
Our family is split between 2 rooms but it will only allow me to make a table booking for the maximum people in each room. Tried booking a table each but appears to only accept one table of 2 in every timeslot we tried, then we’re unable to book another table as it shows as full.
Irritating user experience
Poor table booking functionality. I would prefer it tells me when is available, rather than submitting a request for each time slot and day.
Spa
Hotel is amazing with wonderful staff but the app is far from perfect as when trying to book the Spa it tells me that my booking is outside of my stay. It most certainly is not so will have to get to my feet and go and book in person. Apart from that this hotel is definitely a 5 star
