Terrible bug issue
App showed Gate B30 for my Athens to Chania flight with no updates or alerts. I arrived at that exact gate well before the listed boarding time of 14:05 and there was no boarding activity for my flight — instead I heard a call for a Frankfurt flight. The app never pushed a gate change notification or any alert that something was off, and I ended up missing my flight through no fault of my own.
For an app that’s supposed to be the source of truth for gate/boarding info, this is a serious reliability issue. I’ve had to file a formal complaint with Aegean directly. Would not rely on this app alone for time-sensitive gate info.

Don’t make changes on app
I tried to change our seats on the App. It tried to charge me but I’m SA Gold. Then, it accepted payment and confirmed my seat locations. When I got to the airport, we had totally different seats!
Fantastic Service
Hi there we are never disappointed when we fly with Aegean Airlines, Dimitri’s the boss has always looked after to oldies from Australia, 76 and nearly 86 and Crete is the best location Thank you again Aegean❤️🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈🌈
