Cancelled flights without notification!
Very disappointing experience with Norse. Just one week before our long-awaited trip to Los Angeles, we discovered that our flight had been cancelled—but only because we happened to check the Norse app. We received no email, text message, or direct communication from Norse informing us of the cancellation. The only contact we’ve had has been through Loveholidays, with whom we booked our flights and accommodation, and even they are still waiting to hear back from Norse. Leaving passengers in the dark with so little time before departure is unacceptable and has caused unnecessary stress and uncertainty. We expected far better communication and customer service. At this stage, I would struggle to recommend Norse based on this experience.

Which terminal?!?!
Why do you not clearly state what terminal a ticket is flying out from? Basic info. Like, essential basic. Like, does the plane have wings and gas basic.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service at JFK checkin. Militant style bag check. The airline uses bag check fees at airport checkin to makeup for the cheap tickets. Zero inflight amenities. Cold cabin air and no blankets offered. Water, which is considered a necessity, is not offered and you have to buy it - even on 8 hour long international flights. Will never fly this airline again.
