Bugs Need Fixing
The app was working great… but, when trying to add a checked bag and proceeding to purchase, the page crashes. Either showing “system error” or “oops. There is nothing here to explore.” My flight is 5 days out and I’d rather not wait to pay in person when it jumps from $69 each flight to $130 in person each way for an extra bag. Even the Chat AI assistant Freya can’t help me.

DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM App is DESIGNED to Crash at Check-in
I’ve been trying for the last 25 minutes to get checked in for my flight tomorrow and it says Server error every single time. turns out it’s a Nurse policy that you have to come and check in at the gate and they are taking advantage of the fact that people have delays in their connecting flights so that they can extort money out of consumers. They are thieves and it is a feature, not a bug.

The only disappointment is when you buy a flex ticket it is not easy to change your flight online. Norse needs a real person to talk to. A customer service line
