I’m confused and mad at the same time
This is the most confusing app I have ever used it is frozen and I can’t do anything and when I was told to delete it and download it again to make it work it didn’t let me back into my account

I have placed one order with Green Cafeen for a coffee. I elected to receive my order in a recyclable cup.
The company has since charged me a $12 fee for not returning a mug.
I have tried to reach out to the company to explain the error, however I have been met with automated responses. They have since debited my account.
I will be disputing the charge with my bank.
Avoid this app at all costs.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would.
First of all… Great concept. I’m all about what they “appear” to be about, but don’t be fooled, this is a straight up scam.
The cups are free as long as you return them, but they need your Apple Pay to imitate the app and getting the cup.
Don’t do it. Don’t give them your Apple Pay or bank details.
They straight up charge you for a cup even if you have returned it.
So what do you do when that happens? You contact the company right? Customer support? Yeah right. Countless emails have been sent explaining how the “cup” was returned.. no response ever. When I say multiple I’m talking 5 emails.
So then I was like hmmm this is suspicious, I’ll delete my account.
What do you know, you can’t delete it until someone from the “company” gets back to you. No one ever gets back to you. Ever!
Honestly this company is a straight up scam and I seriously advise everyone to steer clear.
Buy your own cup from anywhere and please don’t give these scammers access to your Apple Pay or credit card.
Learn from my mistake please.

Does not work- will charge you constantly and incorrectly
Warning will charge you $12 every time even if you return the cup!
Not worth using - will confirm cup drop off at the cafe then charge you $12.99 for every cup you’ve used regardless of returning. The app will confirm drop off but they still claim you’ve lost it and keep charging you.

Amazing idea, easy to use app, plenty of cafe locations
This is the BEST idea.
I never want to use a takeaway coffee cup ! and with this app it makes borrowing a green reusable cup and returning it to any participating cafe so easy.

App doesn’t work
Tried this at AIS cafe in Canberra, but app doesn’t accept either image or manual code. Great idea if they can get the app to work.
Cafe access and GC over Covid
The perfect time to use these cups - but sadly, I struggled to find cafes using green Caffeen over Covid - including until the past month or so
A few reasons:
I do prefer to “coffee in” rather than “to go” if I have option ( better for Planet too)
* If someone else is buying they’re always reluctant to take / use an own cup
* not many cafes used GC over Covid ( blaming Covid) when it should have been ok to leave cup to go in dishwasher - like other equipment..
* my local cafe struggled dreadfully during Covid and had to close often due weather and staff issues. And I was the only customer that had the GC They misplaced the QR code ( when they rearranged business to streamline/ manage business downturn so I couldn’t scan. Also I just had coffee at home to save the embarrassment/ frustration and wasn’t going out often anyway…
* sadly very little advertising about GC so few people know about it around Central Coast
** please continue to promote this worthy concept
** PLEASE don’t charge me for my cup / I assured my husband I would not get charged the fee But I’ve not been able to maintain the scanning/ usage

crashes on opening. tried reinstall - still crashes. deleted app and have abandoned any attempt to join in the worthwhile idea.

I downloaded this app yesterday as I thought it was a great idea!
Unfortunately having logged on I couldn’t get the cafe finder to work - each time I tried the link the app dropped out.
I wrote to the email address listed on the app and received a very prompt reply. The problem required some work from the developers, but. Is it’s working perfectly and I look forward to using the app tomorrow!

With so many cafes offering Green Caffeen reusable cups that you can return at any other participating place Australia wide, the sustainable future of takeaway coffee is here. The introduction of the newer cups has been welcome. Much nicer than their older ones, zero plastic aftertaste and the size is perfection.

Not many payment options
I did not use the app. Why isn’t PayPal a payment option. I would rather not place my credit card info into a random application, with who knows what security. Please provide more payment options.
Leaking cups
2 out of 20 cups have leaked - coffee flowing down the front under the lid, and YES the lid was on properly. Don’t think I’ll be using this any more
Great idea but app just won’t work!!
I’ve managed to use this app ONCE since I downloaded it, and that was to input all my personal information. But since then the app has consistently failed to work, meaning of course I can’t order the coffee!!

APP IS GLITCHING
I find the app often won’t open. After trying a few times I will delete the app and then reinstall it. This has happened again and now I can’t even download it.
I like the program but the app is frustrating and the cups, to be honest, are the ugliest keep cups ever designed.

Great but....
Works great except for groups. Seems like there is only the option to grab for a group, not swap and go meaning now I have 2 cups checked out but only one in my possession to return... :( Back to the cafe to sort this out I suppose.
