Refund not received and contact us doesn't work
Tried to organise a refund of unused funds after all our local cafes stopped accepting it. No refund received. Contact us form In the app is broken and email has gone unanswered from may.
Deposited money I can’t get back. SCAM.
Deposited $155, then found out my vendor doesn’t even accept Pegs anymore. No worries, I’ll just withdraw it — except it’s been two weeks and nothing has come through.
Tried emailing support, no reply in over a week. Tried their support page, it just throws an error. There is literally no way to get in touch with these people.
Holding onto customer funds with zero support available is not okay. Avoid.

Failing business
This app used to be great, we would receive a locals discount at all our regular spots. Then the local businesses informed us that Pegs was not paying them as contracted and they could no longer give us the discounts. Don’t use this app. It’s not providing any service anymore.
Unable to withdraw funds. ? Scam.
I made a few withdrawals. They missed some. I contacted Support team for refunds. It’s been 2 months and I still have not received my money.
