Totally frustrating
The app is extremely frustrating. If I don’t use it for a while I can’t do anything. It just says no internet connection when I have internet and mobile connection.
Delete app and reinstall exactly the same. Grr

If I could I would give ZERO stars for this. We are now in the middle of the biggest football tournament in the world and it doesn’t work and NO staff in my local know how to make it work!
Unable to order
Used this previously but tried to place an order today but it just freezes. However if I tried to go in and place an order at another location it opens the menu and would allow me to place an order at the other location but not the one I was actually in! Frustrating.
Won’t let me sign in due to security monitoring
The offers recently moved from the Sports app to the main app. I signed up for a new account as instructed. Every time I try to sign in I get a message saying my account sign in has been temporarily disabled due to security monitoring. I am unable to access or log in to the app, and just go round in circles.

Issues
The app itself is alright when not continuing as a guest, but when I’m trying to put my email in and sign in to get rewards it is not working. It says “try again later” or “contact help services” I contacted them and still no help. I go to my local pub every week and would like to get rewards.
Can’t log in
Would be nice to use the app but tried today and can Not login for security reasons???

Unable to log into my account for rewards
I’ve been unable to log into my account Greene King even after deleting the app and reinstalling it. I have rewards I’d like to use plus discounts keep getting emailed to me but as it won’t allow me access and keeps saying not a safe server then no way I can use the above. Disappointed

Better to fire everyone involved in the creation of the app, as passing login / registration seems futile.

I have an older operating system on my phone and by merging the 2 apps I can no longer use the new app
Terrible app
Used this app in the past and now I have to suddenly sign up again ? Terrible design and hard to use. Trying to find out allergen information is impossible due to some drop down list of what type of pub you are in ? How would we know that unless we worked for them ? Plainly stupid design especially as we had put in what pub we were at !
Had to go to the bar to order and find out about allergens. Won’t be using the app again in its current form as a waste of time. Your competitors are doing much better with their apps.

Not so great
Took almost 30 min for a lunch special. Had to order at the bar because their App is required for ordering on line. Had to get WiFi first due to App file size. It was just too much work.
