Love it easy to use
Awful
This app hardly ever works. It won’t log me in even though my login credentials are correct. The Face ID doesn’t work half the time. The other bank I use doesn’t have these issues.
It wasn’t broken until this update
Why did you “improve” the app that worked for so long? Now I have stupid photos of my cards and I can’t transfer money between accounts. So disappointing and frustrating.
Many Error messages on login
Easy to navigate and very convenient, but often doesn’t let me login from my iPhone and gives error messages.

This app crashes constantly and won’t let me do simple things like making transfers. It’s embarrassingly bad and the functionality is terrible. One of the worst apps on my phone that I’m forced to use. 0/10.

More features on iPad
Please update the iPad app to include more features that are on the phone and web app I gather. This includes but is not limited to.
-Freezing a card
-Accessing and adding cards to digital wallet(went through a never ending loop on this one)
-Finding an extended list of past purchases and deposits (iPad app is some useless in finding an extended history)

Clunky
Nice local bank but app user experience is not up to snuff. No ability to use faceID or remember password for login. Check deposits take twice as many steps and the photo capture often doesn’t work. It all eventually goes through but feels very quaint.

Today June 14, 2021 i made a Transfer without leaving my home . GFSB , made it very clear and simple to do ! You made my morning! Thank You, to all who work for GFSB! 😊. Good AM GSB , i made my transfer from my bed ! Life couldn’t be easier. Thank You , happy Client 😊

Easy to use. Very concenient
Not reliable
I find that often the app won’t open. That’s frustrating but then there are the updates which, in themselves are fine. But when I want a quick glance at my account and I’m told that I have to update first? Grrrr. Not only that but I have to then reset my Face ID. Love my bank though.
What a shame
Cannot enroll, cannot create a username, cannot access my balance online, cannot see my account. NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE EVER. The app and the website are horribly glitchy and terribly designed.

Touch log in
I’ve had to delete app & reinstall twice in past 2 weeks in order to use touch log in. Will there be a fix soon? Otherwise this is 5 stars !
Hometown bank with professional practices
I love the Greenfield Savings Bank. Although by all intents and purposes, I am a number, it doesn’t feel that way. And, I appreciate that GSB are so on top of the newest technologies. This is the easiest and most secure banking app ever!!
Weekend updates
Wish it were updated on Saturdays and Sundays. Really miss walking in and seeing the friendly staff at the Conway branch during the pandemic.
Keeps locking me out
This app, for whatever reason, locks me out every few weeks, even when I have the correct password (I also have the touch feature set up). This forces me to have to call the bank to reset my account.
When it works, it’s convenient, when it doesn’t, it’s a massive headache.

Great App
I moved to Greenfield Savings Bank a year ago and was amazed at how good their app is. Love the bank, love the app.
Ughhh
I got this app for the convenience aspect..it’s not very convenient. More often than not the app is down and unavailable for basic things like say..checking your balance! They have a mobile deposit feature that I never use, because GSB is very touchy about how mobile deposits are accepted.
I used love this bank, but the inconvenience of the app along with the hoops you have to jump through to use it really test my patience.
Download if you need convenience..sometimes.
